The products are the cheapest low-quality goods from China and do not match the images or the product descriptions. This is nothing but a complete rip-off.

I got few products not the right size. With deficencies

Poor quality, product appearance not as advertised, they do not adhere to their own returns policy. I should have read reviews before buying but their website looked good, products appeared attractive.
Reality is a poor quality top that is of inappropriate proportions for its size, materials are poor quality and when I raised the issues with their customer services and said I wanted to return for a refund under their returns policy I was 'offered' a 20% refund - nowhere in their policy does it mention this may happen, only that I will pay return costs and that they will refund upon receipt so avoid this company like the plague, I have wasted hard-earned money on rubbish, don't make the same mistake.

To begin, I should have searched Trust Pilot for reviews before I purchased clothing items from Vechocle. As with others one of the clothing items I ordered was not what I received. In place of a black long sleeve collared polo shirts with a retro distressed look I received a silky/satin like shirt that was not like the other shirts I ordered.

When I contacted Vechocle to request a refund or a credit they asked for photos of the shirt and the identifying bar code. I sent them the photos. Their response, actually, the Vechocle rep was Kyle said the best they could do was give me a 25% discount on my next purchase. I replied that this was unacceptable and the increased the discount to 35%.

Keep in mind that no where in their return/refund policy statement is percentage discount on future purchases mentioned as a possibility. Next realizing that Kyle was not about to authorize a return or a credit I informed him that I was done with Vechocle. I would donate the shirt to a charity thrift store and write an appropriate review on Trust Pilot and any other social media platform I deem appropriate.

Fraudulent company advertising linen products which are actually manufactured from Polyester. Kyle at Vechocle has refused to provide a refund even though I have offered to send the shorts back and his products fall foul of the Trade Description act!! Absolutely, shit shower of a company!!!

Beware, this is truely one of the worst sellers out there. They sent two wrong shirts, one was polyester not cotton, the other the wrong color. After many email, more than 20, I received the return instructions. The only problem was the address is in China and I had to pay the return postage. From the UK that was 26 pounds. They would not cover the cost even with their screwup.

Nullissime. Commande livrée erronée en taille et en modèle. Pas de retour possible sauf à mettre un avis favorable sur FB !!! Oui oui oui, on vous demande de mettre un avis favorable pour accepter un retour payant et pour vous livrer les bons articles avec frais de port de 10$ par article !!! INCROYABLE. A FUIR ABSOLUMENT.

Wrong and poorly made items delivered. Asked for khaki shorts and they delivered white. Labels on upside down and threads coming out. No full refund offered. A total disgrace of a company. Please spend your money somewhere else people. Very poor quality clothes and customer service

El producto es de mala calidad y caro. No me dejaron devolverlo aunque en su web dice q aceptan devoluciones.
Una estafa

Ropa de muy mala calidad que resulta muy cara. Sin etiqueta de composición del tejido. Dudo que sea algodón 100%. Tiempo de espera para recibir el pedido muy larga. En resumen nada recomendable y productos a evitar totalmente.

I ordered two polo shirts, both made of cotton, one of them was made of 100% poliester, real trush, the second was realy made of cotton, but very bad quality. Both shirts are different from seen on the picture.

Came up a little large and trying to return.-

Timo. El producto no tiene nada que ver con el que compras online. Es 100% polyester!

I did not receive the goods that I paid for!!

They do not even respond to my emails!

The usual Chinese shop where you do not get what you have ordered but something different and not nice. Forget it.

Dodgy supplier.
They claim to have warehouses worldwide but actually supply from China only. Delivery takes ages and the sizing is way out. Seems impossible to return items that are undersized, I was quoted two different return costs.
Shirts I ordered were some material I'd never come across before, certainly not as advertised.

Vechocle ist ein chinesisches Unternehmen mit Sitz in Amerika. Rücksendungen sind schwierig und mit hohen Kosten verbunden. Man bekommt eine Preisminderung angeboten. Die Produkte sind billigste China Ware und entsprechen nicht den Abbildungen und Produktbeschreibungen. Polyester Hemd statt Leinen. Für mich die reinste Abzocke. Nie mehr wieder.

Don’t buy of this lot, rubbish clothes small fit, then try to bribe you to write a good review if you want a refund… avoid at all costs
