We had a credit with our rental, so I ordered 2 chairs and an umbrella. They sent a couple texts saying they would put it inside. Delivery was made while we were gone. When we returned, the umbrella was outside our door, but no chairs. Evidently someone helped themselves to them...but they left them outside - not inside like they said. When I contacted them, they said they would deliver the next morning by 11...a day late and well into the day. After hackling with them a bit, they said they would try to deliver that day, then later sent a text saying they couldn't do it. When we went out for dinner, there were two chairs outside of our door...no knock to let us know they had brought the chairs despite the fact they said they couldn't do it that day. I texted to let them know and they said oh yea, we managed to deliver today. The chairs were ok, but the umbrella was a piece of trash...hard to carry as it was 2 pieces with no carrying case, etc. The spokes are not attached...you have to put each spoke in it's holder after you put it in the ground. It was tattered. Although I was thankful they did go ahead and deliver the chairs that afternoon, I shouldn't have had to hackle with them and the umbrellas certainly need to be better condition and more manageable.

Would give this company 0 stars if I could. Our stoned delivery drivers drop off late and pickup first thing. You’re paying for a premium service. What are you gonna do with a beach chair dropped off at 6pm? You call the rental company and tell you that’s how it is and they can fix it the next day. Horrible experience. Property rental owners should choose better before offering this company as a credit. I’ll be leaving this in my rental review for our property as well. Absolutely the worst at Southern Shores, NC.

It's way easier than packing. When you get $250 from the rental all you pay is delivery to order. Would recommend.

Wish all vacation homes had this. We stayed at Life in Paradise in Port A and I got an email to place an order with a complimentary VayKLife credit. Super cool, we got cornhole, beach chairs and a beach tent delivered straight to the vacation home. Didn’t have to lift a finger. 10/10, will be ordering again

Unexpected bonus ... We received our $250.00 gear credit. Ordering was pretty straight forward. We got 4 bikes, 4 beach chairs and skim board for our beach visit at Hilton Head. Would definitely use and recommend

Easy to order, arrived right on time and our equipment was high quality. Had one issue (my fault as I ordered with the wrong location) that was addressed professionally and promptly. Highly recommended!

Ordered >2k of items for our week beach stay, we have been here 3 days and I have had to contact Vayklife every day. Every day they have removed the items I have ordered for the week, we have yet to have an enjoyable day due to not having equipment. Not only have they removed equipment I have purchased they have damaged personal items including my son's fishing pole we had just purchased. This company has been a nightmare to deal with and ruined our vacation. I recommend avoiding using them if at all possible.

When offered a FREE Gear package VayKLife misrepresented their FREE offer. In order to receive their FREE offer I would be required to pay $20 handling and tax, so for me I would be out of pocket for $25 for 2 FREE chairs, 1 FREE boogie board and 1 FREE umbrella table.

This "company" is laughable at best. My short but distasteful experience consisted of Google-created surveys and inexperienced representatives. When I found a number to call and inquire whether their company had posted a listing on the career site I'd applied to, I was told to “use my best judgment.” I am truly appreciative that I was not selected after reliving that encounter.

I’m still not even sure if the company is a scam, but based on my experience, I almost hope it is, because if it’s a real company, they’ll be going under soon.
