I ordered next day deliver and this was not provided. Customer service first attempted to blame me and then blame dpd. When I requested a refund for the delivery charge, I did not receive this. They only refunded €1 and only after I requested this. It is an unreliable service with poor customer service.

I purchased a couple of items from this company. Most recently I purchased a dress for an event that I have tonight. Through no fault of the company, it was delivered to the wrong house. Vavavoom were so extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Their customer service (in particular Niamh) was extremely helpful and so lovely. I have never experienced such fab customer service. The dress arrived this morning and is beautiful. Thank you so much

Purchased a mint green blazer in April On receiving it it looked fine. Within a half hour of wearing it it had begun to fray in 2 different areas. Quality was horrendous clearly. I contacted va va voom immediately and sent pictures of the faulty blazer with threads hanging out of it. I received an e mail back claiming no responsibility and basically placing the blame back on me. I can 100% say I will never purchase from Va Va Voom again. Poor quality clothes and worse customer service. That's the thanks one gets trying to support an Irish business!!

Disgraceful, advertisment is lies. Dress is terrible fabric, CANNOT be ironed. Looks nothing remotely like what is advertised. Fabric is cheap. Worst dress/website ever bought off. Should be banned. Shamefull.

I was in contact with Niamh from Customer Service about my order and she was extremely helpful with all information and assistance. Very impressed with the service.

Ordered a dress last minute for a work event. It arrived as promised within 3 days. Size was perfect and dress as advertised. Got lots of compliments on it! Highly recommend

Product came with broken zip and in passed experience order a dress and it came a totally different material and length

Ordered 3 dresses, received them the next day. Only wanted to keep one but kept 2 because they were so fab. Returned the second dress 2 days ago and have already received a notification that my refund has been processed. Unbelievable service!

I ordered two dresses on Sunday evening 11th January they were delivered this morning, Tuesday 13th January, both dresses were as described online… always a fast and efficient service from this company.

Ordered a dress online and paid to have next day delivery. Package never arrived. Contacted vavavoom customer care and was told that order was dispatched and sent the tracking number. I then contacted DPD and they advised that the parcel was sent with the wrong label and had to be redirected to the depot. The tracking number that vavavoom sent never existed.... Vavavoom was totally dishonest. They should have informed me of their mistake rather than fobbing me off with a tracking number that was never a tracking number. Disgraceful customer service.

Waste of a company. Pay people if they work for you.

Ilse Gysel flirt met haar klanten. Mijn man volgde coaching bij haar en intussen zijn wij gescheiden — hij heeft nu een relatie met haar. Facturen hoefde hij niet te betalen, want zij regelde dat “in natura”. Ik spreek uit eigen ervaring.

Als Ilse eindelijk de moeite neemt om mijn e-mail te beantwoorden, kunnen we erover praten. Tim mag ze gerust hebben. Wat ik me vooral afvraag is: waarom misleid je je klanten met zogenaamde steun, terwijl je in werkelijkheid elke man die bij jou komt probeert te verleiden?

Order a beautiful dress this week for a wedding and so happy with it. Gorgeous quality and worth the money. Ordered at like 2pm and it came by 1pm the next day. Really happy with it.

Terrible ordered a dress for my holidays never worn didn't realise the zip was broken on it until I was packing and they said I only had 2 days to notice faults so now down over €40 I understand if I changed my mind and was outside of the 30 days but for a faulty item crazy it can't be sorted out

I’m very disappointed with how a recent complaint was dealt with. I bought a dress off VAVAVOOM and wore it to a family meal. Within a few minutes a frayed edge formed on the the plisse material dress and started running in the material.

I brought this complaint to VAVAVOOM with an attached photo of the issue and although I am entitled to a refund they would not issue one as they said there was no fault on delivery. This is ridiculous and irrelevant as this should not happen after one wear. There was no damage to this item on my part - the material is simply poor quality.

I am very unimpressed with this result if I’m honest. There is no reason why this should happen after one short wear. The material is not of good quality considering the price I paid for it.

14 days for a refund is not acceptable in this current climate , people have to go to the trouble of posting back items and get delayed for reasons out of their control and should be refunded their money, not a credit note. Most establishments allow 28 days for a full refund .
