Bought an Antara complete drivers wing mirror. Quoted over £650 from dealership paid £120 from vaux spares. Item came within a couple of days, well packaged marked up as fragile goods.

Bought a steering wheel from them, it turned out to be the wrong wheel when it arrived I sent it back and got an instant refund and bought another steering wheel from them a week later and it was the correct one this time, I'd be happy enough to use this company again without any worries.

I have recently bought a spacesaver spare wheel for my Astra J mk6 from Vaux Spares . The communication with them was first class and I found them to be really helpful. The wheel was delivered in a couple of days the wheel was as good as new and the tyre was in good condition with loads of tread.

One star is to high for this company. We bought an engine back in December 2020 it arrived already having multiple holes in the side where the timing chain had gone on it. Replacement engine promised and promised, claimed it had been sent out 6 weeks later still no engine. Requested a refund back in March instead and have just been repeatedly lied to that it has been done. I can now see this is common place for this company. How are they still trading!

On the 6thof April bought a rear light for jaguar and they sent email on the 7th to confirm part had been sent and will be with uswithin 2-3 working days, then received a text saying it would be delivered on the 8th of April, but it did not arrive so phoned DHL the courier company and they said they hadn't actually received the part to deliver to us, so phoned vauxspares for them to say DHL have got it and it must be at a different warehouse and it will work it way to us by Monday 12th so waited again and last night decided to contact paypal to open a case to shimmy them along and phoned them this morning for them to say because we had donea chargeback they can no longer send us the part but they toldusit was sent last week!!just hope we can get our money back through PayPal now

Do not use this company they RIP you off. They take your money and say item is sent when it is not. 3 working days ? I ordered on the 6th now the 14th just hoping PayPal can get my money back. I have opened a case so just the waiting game now I suppose.

Ordered parts for £305 about 8 weeks ago. Parts were damaged in transit so they tried to find me spares - totally fine, accidents happen. The new parts were in wrong colour so I decided for a refund to avoid respraying. 4 weeks after original payment, nothing. 6 weeks later, nothing. 8 weeks later I finally received my money back. This is after about 15 phone calls over the last 4 months but I was always just fobbed off. Massive thanks to ray who finally sorted this out for me. This guy is the only good thing about the company.
