Bought a Renaflow luxury…
Bought a Renaflow luxury multifunctional sink for my new kitchen as wife and kid really liked the look and feel and features. The cost is £499.
Its been a month, But the paint and the beautiful looking color started peeling off on controls and surface of the sink. This is really unacceptable for the hefty price I paid and the quality.
I emailed the vasken team with pictures of the sink and controls. But received no response.
I am really disappointed and the never expected such a poor quality for that price.
Stay away from Vasken and multifunctional sink

Order sink on 2nd March after reading…
Ordered a RENAFLOW MULTI-PURPOSE sink on 2nd March after reading the returns policy, which states can be return even if you have just changed your mind. But this must be done with in 14 days as UK law.
This is a £500 sink so wanted to see quality and look.
Sink delivered Friday 7th March.
Sent email on Thursday 13th March as per their customer policies, stating l would like to return the sink. This is in original packaging and unused.
Got email back Thursday 13th stating can not be returned as they are unable to accept non-faulty items unless notified in 7 days of purchase. As it took 6 days to be delivered, that would have left me 1 day to decide. But their Customer Policies states with in 14 days is UK law. No mention of 7 days. I would not have ordered if on their website had not stated could be returned for any reason provided it was done within 14 days by UK law.
Another firm trying to avoid their own returns policy.
Use this company at your own risk, as a company trying to scam you at this stage is unlikely to be a company that treats its customers fairly if you have any problems after 7 days from purchase. Also will not give you a contact telephone number only an email address.
They have now since my email changed the page to read 7 days but l took a screen shot to give trading standards earlier. So that will not help them.
Gov.uk states 14 days by law fir distance selling.
WHY BUY FROM US their website says.

30 day returns. ( l also screen shotted for when they try to change that page)

Vaskin Order (Honest review)
I ordered the Renaflow Luxury All In One Sink & Tap for which being a Scots man I shopped around for the best price for which I found Vasken.
The item was delivered very quickly and in pristine condition. The company also messaged to check that everything was ok and if i needed any additional support to contact them. This was not needed but very much appreciated.
This is a great company not just for the prices (a lot cheaper than elsewhere) but for the excellent and friendly customer service.

Appalling quality cheap Chinese sinks dressed up as German Engineering. Avoid it all costs, clumsy materials, poor design, I doubt my Renaflow sink will last the year.
