Well, I’m not very just satisfied right now. On the way to the vasa. Gym is being ran on Federal the pool is had several problems very cold dirty. The outside of the gym is round pretty well and kept pretty clean but as far as the pool maintenance and keeping the water at 83° and has been broke for over three weeks this is in Denver Colorado 7353 federal Boulevard.

STAY AWAY FROM PERSONAL TRAINING The gym is nice and the people are nice. However, PT is where the company really screws you over. I've spent hours upon hours on hold trying to get through to a real person. I attempted email, text and call back features with no response. I canceled all PT for me and my daughter back in October. They canceled mine and canceled the auto renewal. However, they didn't cancel my daughter's and have charged me $450 since October and are charging me another $270 for a 30 day notice. Understand, this is not part of my initial contract. This is after I paid it in full and they auto renewed my daughter's portion. They will NOT refund my money. THEY RIPPED ME OFF!
Poor Billing Communication and Shady Billing Practices
I participated in the VASA Personal Training program. The staff and my personal trainer were great. I truly enjoyed my time at VASA, learned a lot, and have a path to success on my fitness journey as a result. My issue was with the shady billing policies, communication over those policies, being put off to a 3rd party to handle billing issues (Paramount Acceptance), and the lack of willingness of that 3rd party to accept responsibility for mistakes and lack of communication on their end that led to significant additional billing that I did not budget for. The first rep I spoke with at Paramount Acceptance admitted during our conversations that she did not communicate the cancellation policy correctly and that it was her fault, but still refused to make it right. I have seen the same type of review repeated online, and I think that until VASA figures out another solution for their billing model, I will not return.

I signed up for VASA on October 31, 2025, and was shocked to see I was charged $27.98 for the entire month of October, even though I only had service for one day. I was also charged for the month of December even when membership was cancelled on December 1st. On top of that, they billed me $55 for an annual fee, despite my membership lasting only from October 31 to November 1.
They advertise “no sign-up fee”, but sneak in a $55 annual fee. When I asked to have it removed since I only had one month of service, they told me it was for all of 2025, which makes no sense given I joined at the end of the year.
I understand paying for November and even a cancellation fee, but charging for a full month and a full year when I barely used the service is unacceptable. This feels misleading and greedy.
If you’re considering joining VASA, be very careful about their billing policies—they do not prorate fees and will charge you for services you didn’t receive.
Gym was good but can't cancel
Gym was good, but I have been try for two months to cancel my membership. No way to cancel on my app, no way to cancel online. No rep called me back, no emails returned. I keep calling and emailing them but nothing.

Like anybody else it’s canceled their membership and has to wait a 30 day. Period. Is absolutely bull crap. Very much enjoyed using the gym, but when your finances gets bad and you can’t afford to stay anymore and they take 30 days to cancel never never never never go there again.

Terrible customer experience and zero service. Pool has been not working for 4 months. Everytime I ask, "we're waiting for corporate to send parts". I call corporate - a holding company that owns VASA, and they will only "pass along my complaint" No help, no details as to when the pool heater will work again. Quitting.

I live in MKE and belong to Planet Fitness which is fine for light days but go to VASA in Racine, WI for heavy workout days.
Expanded my VASA membership to go to the newer New Berlin location only to be supremely disappointed.
Not only do they have less weight equipment but it is old, rusty and had torn seats for a newer gym? Maybe they spent all their money on a pool that almost no one uses.
Very sad. I'll be cancelling my broadened membership as the New Berlin location is pathetic.
Con artists cowards with broken overpriced equipment

Horrible experience! They make it extremely difficult to cancel membership. They told me they cancelled it 2 months ago but they didn't. Overcharged me over $100.00.0 and then another 25.00 to cancel.

Hostile staff behavior, racial disrespect, and no accountability from management
I was a paying member who invested hundreds of dollars for a premium membership and training at this VASA location. What I experienced was unprofessional and deeply upsetting.
One evening I asked a front-desk employee for assistance. Instead of helping, he refused to leave the desk while chatting with his friends. When I calmly said I would report this to the general manager, he responded with profanity, saying he didn’t care. Two other employees were present and heard it. That moment was humiliating and completely against the gym’s conduct policy.
After I reported the incident, the situation only got worse. The same employee and several of his friends—both staff and regular gym members—began staring and whispering whenever I entered, creating a hostile and intimidating environment. It reached the point where I no longer felt comfortable working out.
Management initially sounded polite but later dismissed my concerns. I even spoke by phone with someone presented as a higher-level manager or corporate contact, who told me not to come back and offered no fair explanation. Shortly afterward, my membership was revoked without cause.
This entire experience made me feel targeted and disrespected, even on racial grounds. It violates VASA’s own written policies that prohibit harassment, threats, and foul language. Those policies must apply to everyone—including staff.
I am sharing this so corporate leadership and the CEO are aware of what happens inside their clubs when no one is watching. Members deserve safety, fairness, and accountability, not intimidation. This incident happened at a VASA Fitness location in west valley city - 3420 s 5600 w- 84120
They won’t let you cancel your membership
I belonged to the location in Colorado Springs, on Nevada st. I was a member for over a year until I had to move out of state for work. I told an associate at the gym and they said not a problem they will cancel my membership.
Fast forward a year later and they’ve been charging me EVERY MONTH AND STILL REFUSE TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. I don’t even want a refund, I just want it cancelled. Rachel Zendesk is the “customer support” agent refusing to help. Even after multiple attempts to email customer support they still refuse to cancel my membership. I’ve called my bank to stop allowing drafts. I will never sign up with a Vasa Fitness ever again.
Hidden Fees and Broken Machines
Joined VASA for a month — machines kept breaking, the place felt stuck in 2005, and cleanliness wasn’t great. When I canceled, they hit me with an “annual maintenance” fee and another month of charges. My $60 gym trial turned into $129 to leave. Guess the only thing getting a real workout here is their billing department.

I should have read reviews here before ever signing up with Vasa. Deductions and surcharges without any invoicing or notification. Do no sign an ACH contract with these guys or they will use your bank account as if it was their ATM and then customer service will say too bad so sad, it is your responsibility to review the contract.
Vasa Fitness membership impossible to cancel without additional fees.
This membership was for my Grandson that is autistic. After repeated cancellations for personal trainer and finally a no-show without notice, then found out the trainer was no longer working for VASA, we tried to cancel the membership. They have a "customer loyalty" number they give you to cancel but only want to charge a fee to cancel and will not make adjustments for payments made where no services were received. Dustin the trainer manager hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation. If you are considering a membership you might want to go with another gym. They have no customer service when you are trying to cancel. Also went to the gym and they were even less help. Again only referring to the "customer loyalty" phone numnber which is nothing more than their billing company.
Vasa app is piss poor
Vasa app is piss poor. Used it to get a membership and it registered me for the gym of its choice as it never gave me an option to choose one. Called customer service after my app showed the incorrect gym. They admitted they know this happens but I would still have to pay the $25 gym change fee. I disputed it and they said I can “wait until there’s no change fee or pay the change fee and switch gyms now. Absolutely a joke of a company and customer service. They also said the app has issues and we should apply to join online. However online it said to use the app.
membership cancelation is a joke!
Tried for a week to cancel my membership. when using the vasa app. I would go thru the process of entering all of my information and request cancellation but would always come to a reason why they could not cancel at his time. I had to use my pc to access the vasa site and use the chat feature to finally get membership cancelled. they still charged me for the next month and tried to charge me a cancellation fee. If I could give 0 stars I would. Recently I’ve been getting texts about past due payments on my old account, an account I cancelled months ago since I was moving out of the state. I was given a phone number to update my payment info to take care of the balance. I called the number and explained that I had cancelled months ago. The customer service agent was extremely rude and condescending. He said there was nothing they could do without “proof” of cancellation. I said that I went in person to cancel and that there must’ve been a mistake. He again was very rude and said he couldn’t do anything about it unless I paid the past due balance. Now they are expecting me to pay for a membership I haven’t been using for months and threatening to send my account to collections. Horrible customer service and horrible cancellation process. Go lift somewhere else.

Worst deal of my life I started off with a basic membership and then end up getting charged two different times of my surprisingly which I didn’t know got charged late fees so a $40 membership went up to $80-$200 a month and then their pools are filled with disease, different colors And must are. The equipment is broke and there’s urine all over the floor every single time you come in this is in aurora co on Quincy Road.
