The tracking info has not been updated since Mar 17. Your parcel is under investigation. We guess it may be lost during the transportation. We really have no control for the problems during the shipping.

In love with my order!

Absolutely Amazing

I ordered four mystery boxes and I loved every single one of them. Each box was even more exciting than the last. I loved everything in them and am excited to order from again.

The ordering is smooth

The ordering is smooth. They listen to your requests. All in all experience is good. At this point I have no bad experience with the company. The product is also a good quality and I am purchasing from them for almost 2 years now. Always happy.

Pretty products that arrived fairly quickly

I ordered a bunch of gel polishes from varnail because i do my own nails and i was honestly really impressed with the quality. It arrived in two weeks is pretty fast compared to orders ive made with other companies (i live in northern Sweden in the middle of nowhere so packages tend to take a while). Both the packaging and the actual products are so pretty, each bottle came in a pretty little box and almost everything is pink which i love. The actual polishes are really nice to work with and are thicker than other brands ive tried which i appreciate. There were two very minor issues, the first one being when i first opened one of the polish bottles the lid was covered in polish. Thankfully it wasonly in the lid and on the screw bit of the bottle so i did my best to clean it up. The second thing was the plastic bags, i recieved two magnets that i assume were originally put in small plastic bags. When i opened the package there were two small empty plastic bags with magnet sized holes in them, and the magnets were stuck together. Other than that there were no issues and everything went smoothly so i never had to contact customer service.
