Very poor delivery
Very poor delivery. We were at home and nobody rang the bell. Package was not left in safe place. Luckily I looked by front door but anyone could have picked up the package. Really VERY POOR SERVICE

Pilling / loose threads within first wear
Bought a quarter zip style top due to the incredible reviews, and while it’s soft, within the first wear to the airport, noticed pilling / loose threads. Didn’t love that at all given the price.

Varley - best experience
Dear Varley, I rarely post comments but this time I thought I should. I have eyed up one item, which was unfortunately out of stock. So, I set up a notification and waited. After a month I decided to write to your customer support not holding too much hope. I was surprised the reply came in 20 min from a lovely Wendy, who said that the item was no longer expected to be back in a while, but she suggested some of your stockists at some very known stores still had it available. She even sent me the links. I 've ordered it immediately. If you compare to others you might have felt you would send your enquiry to nowhere without any hope. Now you have one very happy customer and the item arrived this morning. I cannot say how much happy I am. It fit perfectly. People might say you are too dear. I say - the item was an immaculate quality and it's classic design will last for a very long time. The money put in will pay off, as I felt special and very content wearing it. It felt like my second
skin. It is an eye catching by it's quality and design. Guys, those who buy Varley will appreciate that there is no need in screaming garments.
