Great company fast shipping I love the…

Great company fast shipping I love the free shipping on purchases over 59 dollars. I also like receiving a free bottle with my purchase of 12 or more bottles. I really love the western blend. Taste just like a real cigarette. The only thing I just wish they would sell it in bigger size bottles like 60ml or 120 ml.

This is the first time I've tried to…

This is the first time I've tried to vape dry herbs ... so, I found the Herbster dry kit online. The VaporTech folks were SO nice about the order and everything was fast and easy. I'm following instructions, but it's evident I'm not doing something right. Sometimes it works really well; other times, not so good. I'm sure it's MY problem. The VaporTech folks told me to contact them if I had a problem or questions and that's exactly what I'll do. I'm absolutely sure the issue will be resolved because VaporTech customer service is top notch. Too bad I can't say that about other companies.

They fixed the one issue I had

Good product but 3 out of the 9 individual vapo leaked out in the package and if makes contact with skin/mouth it leaves a burning feeling.

Update: I emailed them informing what happened and they sent out replacements a long with an additional package. Thank you!

I have been a customer since January of 2016 and order products several times a year. They have always shipped my order ASAP, answered any questions I've had when I've called and they have always made me feel like they appreciate my business. Try their strawberry burst some time, it's my favorite!

I found Vaportech when me and my siblings were in Phoenix for my brothers graduation 5 years ago. I've been ordering from them ever since. The employees are so nice, the products are excellent and they have the BEST customer service!

I would never order anywhere else!

I found VaporTech oil while in Phoenix on a trip and immediately LOVED IT. We do not have local retailers where I live so I was ecstatic when I found them online. I have been ordering through VaporTech ever since and have NEVER been disappointed! They have quality oils at great prices! Plus, free shipping! My orders have always arrived within 2-3 business days so I know I can depend on my products to get to me quickly and in pristine condition!

This is a fantastic seller!

This is a fantastic seller! My items were exactly as described. The order was correct. The product was top quality. We loved it! My items were packaged with care. The seller included a generous amount of free product because it was mailed out on a Monday and I had ordered it on a Friday. (It still came early!) I would recommend highly. Thank you VaporTech USA!

exellent customer service

There were some shipping issues but, always!!!! Great customer service to resolve the issue! Great products at Great prices!
