I ordered six bottles of vape juice from Vapor Boss on February 28th and on March 17th, I am still without. I have ordered from them for years with zero issues. I was actually impressed on their four day turn around. After numerous emails and failed phone calls I received an email from them on March 8th stating that they were out of product and would be getting some in shortly. They also stated that my order would go out on March 11th. Today is the March 17th and my order has not been sent out.
I’m done trying to reach out to them. I hope my $80 was worth a customer. This will happens to every customer sooner or later. I would advise each customer to be prepared to eat an order before they go elsewhere.

What a scam site!
What a scam site! Ordered 3 bottles of vape juice, paid an extra $46.66 for one day delivery. After 4 days asked for a tracking number, sent one and it always stayed at "label created". Contacted UPS, they never picked up the order. Then Vape Boss gave the excuse that they are waiting for 1 more bottle that would be there in 3 days. It's been over 2 weeks since they told me that and never heard from them since after multiple emails. It's been over a month now, no contact and no products. Terrible company!!!
Unreliable company with a litany of excuses
Its been two weeks since I ordered and they still haven't shipped my order.
They contacted me after I emailed a week ago and said due to a holiday weekend they are backed up then they said they just got an order but didn't have enough to fulfill my order amd asked if there where other flavors I would like?
I responded immediately and said, no just send what you have and refund the rest. No word since, order hasn't shipped, they don't answer the phone or email and voice mail is full.
Not the first time they had a litany of excuses. I'm disputing the charge with my bank to get my money back and have ordered from another company. I am done with Vapor Boss, gave them too many chances.
Update: After trying to cancel order and not recieving any word from Vaporboss I got an email saying it was delivered. It took them just over a month to get it here. No apology no nothing not a word from them. I had already ordered from another company and recieved that order in less than a week.

I've ordered in the past from them with no issues, but now I have an order placed with the shipping status as "pre-shipment" for a week and no answer to 3 emails sent to Vaporboss on the shipping status. Filing a dispute with the bank at this point for product never received and have filed a report with the FTC due to the large number of similar customer experiences (Facebook, etc.).
No product. No refund. No customer service.
I have gave previous 5 star reviews due to quick shipping and being offered discount codes. I too am now one of the custimers who has paid over $100 for product for it not to be sent out almost a month later. Ordered Feb 14th, now March 5th no progress in shipping or refund. Being ignored by customer service, asking for faster shipping and since then asking for a full refund. There are hundreds of other sites that sell this product and for an extra $1-2.... Worth it. At least we will have our products in a timely manner.

I ordered $75.00 worth of product from Vaporboss so I could receive free shipping. At check out, I was hit with an unexpected $7.50 age verification fee, a $2.50 shipping insurance fee, and a $17.50 shipping charge after buying the required amount for free shipping and entering a code for free shipping. My order totaled $110.00. I reached out twice through email to support and twice through text via the age verification department about these fees. NO ONE has gotten back to me! I refuse to verify my age until they give me the free shipping promised me. If you are going to shop there for the first time, expect to be hit with fees and NO FREE SHIPPING NO MATTER WHAT THEY PROMISE. I'm extremely disappointed and will never shop at vaporboss again. I'll be lucky to ever see my purchase or my money.
