Website was nice and easy to use, placing my order was very stress-free.
I placed my order Friday evening and opted for next day delivery which stated it includes Sunday's, it's now late Tuesday and I still have not received my order, I keep getting daily updates from the courier company stating they have not been able to deliver will try again tomorrow. Not very impressed.
My order has just arrived, 3 days late but I understand that's not vapoholics fault.
The packaging is nice and secure, I am looking forward to trying cbd to help manage chronic pain, ill post again once tested.

Delivery is fast and didn't have any issues there prices seem decent aswell

Good product but arrived unsealed
70/30 1litre VG/PG liquid, Order #893453, arrived thank you, but there was no seal under the cap.
This is both a security issue and a containment issue.

Doesn't matter how clean your lab is, if the bottle has no seal, contamination can occur en-route.

What a disappointment.
I have used the company for some time and always been extremely happy, and all flavours have been incredible.
I opened a bottle, Berry Lemon Sour, and it literally had no taste. Nothing. No smell.
Contacted the company, and nothing. They just checked their "batch" and said it was fine.
Clearly there is something wrong with this one and they don't care.

How the hell is this no a faulty product?

Came across the website while browsing a for Meriden site. Found the deals on the site very good. The information on the site about the products is good.
The product was well packed and was delivered very quick. The packaging was good loads of information. The device easy to use the first vape was very strong caught you at back of the throat and makes you cough. After a time you get used to it. Over the days I have found it works well calms you not to the extent of you falling a sleep but allowing you to enjoy the day without all the noises in your head of over thinking and also seems to relax you. As for pain it seems to do something as the pain in my joints seems to be less than it was before using the vape. As the days go by the pain is becoming lesser and I am able to have a pleasant day without pain or taking painkillers. The smell doesn’t linger in the house or on your person. Which is good. Would I buy again yes, But I would go for one without terps to see if that’s smoother and if it’s as good as the medipen I use.

So I ordered CBD cherry 1000mg ,paid for next day delivery, got a email later saying it’s been dispatched with a tracking number ,tracking number still says expecting my item , the seller keeps blaming Royal Mail for my package and saying it’s on about them but how when they’ve never even revived my parcel then they told me to wait and said they can only refund delivery and to wait untill Royal Mail replies , I’ve been emailing then and going on live chat no replies ,I’ve also seen other people have the same issues , it’s not royal mails fault it’s these guys , be careful when spending money here
And someone can’t seem to be able to give a refund on a lost package from their fault I wouldn’t even say lost since Royal Mail never even received it , been emailing for days now nothing again , there just ignoring it now as
