It has taken months since i ordered the items. After a month I send them an e-mail asking about my order. They will be sending them next monday with tracking number was the answer. They still havent. Tracking still says "Sender preparing item." Company doesnt seem to be able to give refunds.

I made previously an order with them for e-liquids. It made 3 weeks to arrive and they sent different products and also less amount after I made a reminder to them but to be fair same cost of money.
I said let's give them another chance. I made an order on the 15/01/2023. Today 16/02/2023 nothing arrived. I made at least 3 reminders. Never got an answer. 32 euros + 7 euros shipping. It's a pity.
Update: 6/03/2023 I have collected the package. I ordered 9 nicotine salts only 8 arrived. Only 3 of them were the ones I ordered. All the rest random stuff. You decide if you want to order. Peace ✌️

Very unreliable and 0 support.

Total scam sitte. Ordered at The end of december 2022 and its 15.2.2023. they answered 3 of 5 emails i did send and everytime they Said they Will send me tracking code immidiatly. That never happened and product shows its available, order IS still processing. Lost 50€ to this scam site.

Again, you replied to my previous comment that you will check and reply me via email "today". You haven't checked and you haven't replied. If you are not a spam, can you please refund the money?

Webpage promised delivery in 3-12 days. It took about a month to deliver.
Webpage says EU shipping, reality- pacel comes from UK, so customs taxes will apply.
Support promised to refund customs tax, but now they do not reply to emails anymore, so very unlikely they refund it.
Never ever again!
Avoid vapodz.

why is the website name vapodz and the title Vapeplaza UK???
And what happened with vapodz???
and if this is vapodz, I want to ask about the order #159351 is it still processing or delivering now?

Update: I have updated the review as I received my package days later after leaving the review.

I just seems like they are slow with shipping it out, but the package it self has arrived and is as described.

(although I did have to pay 13% to customs)

Scam all over, DONT spend money on this site. Have waited over 3 weeks for my order to get sent, takes 1 week to get answer on mail. When they sent it its been stucked at the same place for 4 business days, and again they dont answer why. NEVER gonna order from this site again, and you shouldn’t either. The good reviews under here is bought and payed people / reviews, not a single of them are true.

Edit; Still no answer on email and the tracking site they use and trust have been down for several days, and now my tracking number isnt even working on that site. STAY AWAY FROM VAPODS PEOPLE!

Worst company ever! I have order my disposables on the 13th of september. They told me in my order confirmation that I would receive a track and trace number via email but after not receiving anything for 2 weeks I contacted them to ask for any status updates. They responded saying they overlooked my order and that they would send my order and I would receive a track&trace. Yet here I am 2 weeks after that still nothing.

After multiple emails I finally got my track and trace and the package was delivered. Only thing that was good about this experience was the quick response of the support personal

Ordered at 23rd of sep. Status is still processing when they say on website that delivery is within 3-12 days in europe. What a load of s h i t

Items were shipped quickly and arrived one only 1 day late- with a hurricane in progress! Very happy customer and will be back!

The order came timely and accurate. My only problem was that one of the vapes didn’t work, by the time I realized it because obviously I’m not going to open 13 disposable vapes at once, my time had expired on your return/refund/exchange policy

I ordered and they havent told me anything no tracking information or anything!!!

Do not order from this site! I ordered for 100€ (Order #154557) and had to pay 67€ inport taxes! It says you will recieve your goods in 3-12 days; it took 2 months! No replys from seller! It says you can get refund on taxes- ITS A LIE! you don,t even get a mail back! It says they are from Europe! They are from UK so eu will always get a lot of taxes!
UPDATE: After my ninth contact attampt they finally answered that they will forward my refund mail to their accounting manager and that he will contact me on monday the 19th. It is now the 25th and still nothing chaneged! They just keep screwing with people. Hope new buyers see this comments before they get scamed as well.

My order [#155077] got confirmed but still havent recieved further info wether package was sent and no contact with the company via email.

I Made an order [#154917] on 22 August 2022 and have been waiting for more than 2 weeks with zero communication whatsoever, despite writing to them like 4 times with 0 answer or communication about what's going with the order, I'm now about to open a dispute reading that, worst experience ever, I don't advice anyone to deal with them at all.
