Never received product, was charged extra for shipping on top of shipping, When shipping should have been free, bc I spent over the websites amount to get free shipping. Overall bad customer service, I had to remind them to ship the product 2 weeks later bc they forgot. Then they shipped it to a random address in the USA, which they expected to me pay even more tariff fee's to an address that wasn't even mine. I tried to explain and resolve this through emails but they didn't want to take the blame they wanted to place the blame on me what a sad company it doesn't work like that in the USA hopefully they get rejected for all orders coming to USA now.

Super happy with my purchase vapman 2.0 - Olive. Already tried it a few times and it holds up to all the praise. Amazing quality and smooth design. It's my first butane vape and it takes a little trial and error to master it, but i wouldn't have it any other way, it makes the ritual fun. Would also like to praise the costumer support, very accomodating and helpful! I can't recommend these guys enough, I'm definitely returning as a costumer.

I'm so happy with my miniature wooden gizmo. With good care, I expect it will last a lifetime. David and Michael are passionate and hardworking owners and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. And shout-out to FC for illuminating this gem.

Great product, great service, I can't think of anything the guys could do better!

I 've bought an object on Vapman website,order #1564 I 've received it then I changed my mind within the legal 14 day delay to retract. I informed vapman. They agreed and gave me a postal address to send back the object. I sent it back and gave them the tracking number of the parcel.
Vapman receiveid the parcel at the end of March. I've checked. I've already written 2 emails to the customer service, asking for my money. NO ANSWER so far. I don't know if Vapman is a serious company but for sure they don't care about their customers. Or is it worse? It was my LAST experience with this company.

Ästhetik trifft auf Technik in Perfektion
Pünktlich zur Nachricht über die Legalisierung kam die Vapman Heizstation.
Nach nun mehr 48 Std intensiven Testens kann ich nur sagen, die Heizstation ist jeden Cent wert! Mein Vapman, den ich nun mehr ca. 2,5 Jahre besitze, hat noch nie soviel aus den Kräutern herausgeholt, wie mit der Heizstation. Es ist jetzt möglich, seine Kräuter auf der perfekten Temperatur zu verdampfen, ohne dass die Gefahr einer Überhitzung besteht. Die Station sieht nicht nur wunderschön aus, sie fühlt sich auch wirklich wertig an. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!!! Ein großes Lob noch mal an Michael & David, die immer schnell auf meine Fragen antworteten und jegliches Problem mit absoluter Kundenfreundlichkeit lösten....weiter so

I like it. Although it's a bit pricey. And I don't like the fact that they're continuing to sell their old models even though the new one is better. I also don't like that they sell the models with mica, which everyone complains about, and they themselves advise against, while also selling a model without mica which they say performs the same as the one without. So what's the point of having both ? Probably to sell old stock.
Still, the device is good, I just wish they (as a company, price-wise, etc) were better.

Terrible I mean horrendous customer service I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company! I bought the lotus vaporiser which came without a case just packed in the box loose so when I opened the glass jhook I wasn’t surprised it was broken! I emailed and was met with the response are you buying more of our stuff if so we will include 2 free ones when I responded no I somehow wasn’t entitled to two free ones I actually struggled to get the one replaced I waited 10 days after organising to get the one replaced and still nothing so I emailed again to be met with more excuses at this point I’m very angry they now are asking me for order numbers etc and tbh this is not my job to remember and sort there crap out it’s there’s! So once correspondence started again they apologised and said if I place an order for a jhook and select bank transfer that it would be sent out for free ( personally a step that I feel they should have just sent a replacement without all this hassle but I agreed as they said they would include a free gift in there as an apology) once I receive my replaced jhook finally 24 days after receiving the broken one and guess what? Nothing else in the box no gift no apology nothing absolutely terrible customer service please don’t shop here use resellers if you really want the product but I wouldn’t recommend

Einziger Kritikpunkt und daher schweren Herzens ein Stern Abzug:
Der Hitzeschutz (Mica) ist bei mir auseinander gebrochen und ist leider nicht als Ersatzteil erhältlich, obwohl er geschraubt und nicht geklebt ist (alte Classic-Version).
Sehr schade und eine Verschwendung von Ressourcen und Material, da der alte Vapman nicht “kaputt” ist.

Magnifique objet, efficace.
