I placed an order over a month ago, and it has not arrived. I have tried to get an update on its expected delivery without success, using direct email and their online contact form. Crickets.

All these years later, and I still haven’t found anything close to my 2 go-to’s. (S+C)2 and Fruit Hoops. Aside from a great product quality and seamless transactions, the biggest thing I miss is the laminated drawings I requested in each order. If anyone from the former company sees this, a fellow North Texan still misses you guys deeply.

Since VapeWild went out of business I've been lost. "The Last Straw" (Formerly Pinkle Twinkle) has been My ADV for at least 4 yrs.
I've been frantically trying to find a replacement with no success & SO much money spent, wasted on chemical-ly tasting juices, that dont taste anything like pink starburst.
Customer service was unbelievable, plus free bottles, unbeatable prices, & super fast shipping. Pleasssseeee come back!!! Or at least put out your recipe list for your VW FAM.... that are LOST in the dark here.
Most likely that will not happen but thank you for ALL the years of service

The first online vape order I ever did was with these great leaders of what was a new way to vape and get great deals on there products wrecking ball was one my favorites I can't get anything like it plus there was always samples mystery flavors your order went out fast I miss these guys I hate seeing american grass roots companies being taken out by cigarette companies that been killing us for years I hope Vape Wild comes back like a Phoenix from the flames .. Thank you

I don't care anything about prices. These people have the juice! Pun intended! I've been going through them for a couple years now. They have the BEST flavoring. If it says it's raspberry, that's what it tastes like. Unfortunately, the governments regulations have made them had to ditch a couple flavors, but they have the best menu hands down.

Vape Wild has treated me with the very best customer service since day one. The prices on items and shipping are excellent. I always receive my orders fast and I'm always excited to see which items they have on sale. I rate VapeWild a 10/10 👍😁🙃👊👍💪👊💌

Insanely fast shipping. Where I get all my vape accessories, coils, ect. Not much selection as far as actual devices go but great prices and selection on everything else.

Ordered vapewild for 2 years and then it's like they are going out of business. They won't make my flavor anymore "strawberries and cream ", every vape company has a strawberries and cream. The last batch they made was horrible anyways. Guess the rumors of big tobacco buying them out is true.

I have been a customer for about 3 years now and the ordering experience has been great. The only complaint I have is the limited flavors available now, it seems like all of my favorites are no longer being produced. I also miss the free bottle with every order.

I have ordered from Vapewild several times and have had nothing but pleasurable experiences. Their prices are beyond comparison, their customer service is exemplary, and their shipping and delivery is above reproach. I placed an order on one day and then placed another one the next day, they went ahead and combined them and I got them BEFORE my shipping information said I would. That's GREAT shipping!

I have yet to order from them but while almost placing an order I notice they have a space where filling out your info for the last 4 digits of your SSN... Now can someone explain to me why in the world a vape shop requires this information? It is not necessary to write this to get your order, let me make that clear, but I will also make clear that this input section has no business being on their shipping form and it is incredibly alarming that it is...

I read the bad reviews below before I placed my order for pods from this company but decided, because of the great pricing, to give it a shot. On the first order, no problem. My order was placed, confirmed and shipped as advertised. I paid extra for expedited delivery. When it was time to order again, I re-read the reviews but because my experience had been great, I pressed on. Big mistake. The day I ordered, I received the order confirmation and the shipping notification, just like the first time. However, each day I checked the tracking and noticed that the package never left their facility. A day before the expected delivery, I wrote them an email asking for an update. Crickets. Later that same day, I sent another note. Crickets. The next day (the day it was supposed to be delivered), I wrote again. Crickets. I wrote again later that afternoon. Crickets. The day after I wrote that I needed to hear from someone asap or I was going to dispute the charge. Crickets. So, 18 hours later, I filed my dispute. I'm shocked that no one even tried to contact me to discuss the shipping problem. While they have great prices, I suppose it falls under the "too good to be true" scenario. I should have trusted the reviews. I would recommend you not purchase with this company until they have improved their track record of communicating with their customers.

I ordered the wrong product on a Friday so I sent them a message by Monday morning it was canceled my money got back to me I ordered the right product and within 3 days I had it at my door I don't know of any other business that is this fabulous

Had a small issue but it was remedied in a timely manner.

I quit smoking with vaping and was really struggling with underwhelming experiences with vape juice and vape shop customer experiences. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not trying to bash other businesses, but they pale in comparison to the quality and customer service Vape Wild brings to the table. Also, they ship super fast. You can tell that they really care about their customers.

They have completely went downhill. I used to love ordering from them but within the last year they have quit selling all my favorite juices. At first, when a favorite wasn't available, I would just choose a new one to try... only to have that one disappear as well. Nothing left there for me now. Such a shame.

decided to try ordering online from the states to try some new flavours and found vape wild and brought their most popular flavours and some that I liked the sound of. I don’t know if it’s a difference of taste, as I usually buy ones made here in New Zealand but omg...every single bottle was absolutely disgusting. Tastes like melted burnt sugar plastic...if that’s a thing. That underlying plastic/intense burnt sugar...or like lactulose was in every flavour. From flavours that sounded amazing like cherry limeade, apple or kiwi strawberry they literally taste similar. Nasty false flavour that’s super intense. Vape canyon has always been reliable so will keep sticking to them. I can’t get over buying so many different flavours and not a single one was palatable by any stretch of the imagination.
