I ordered several vape devices and coils which are for the most part no longer supported. Paul at vapetime took the time to call me to check if I had made a mistake because the coils I had ordered were not compatible with the device that I had also ordered. I have multiple devices so the order was actually correct but going the extra mile to check before dispatch was unexpected and great service. Additionally I was sent very clear and easy to follow instructions to set up an SXMini ADA V2 with optimal settings to work with the original SXAuto which worked flawlessly - again going above and beyond the service that I am used to.
I honestly can't praise these guy's enough.

I was very pleased to the quality of the product I ordered. The shipping was fast and I love that they write a little written note on the bill. Its nice they take the time for each individual order.

Really good service with emails and postage, even discounts shipping if your order is a large letter.

I reside overseas so when a product develops a fault it is not easy to send it back for assessment/repair etc: Paul at the company has been brilliant and has always come up with a solution for me. The vapetime in Winchester is always clean and has friendly and helpful service.
I often have hiccups with my vape and the staff member Peter is always ready to help me and explain to be how to prevent the issue. He gives excellent advice on liquids and why vape to get, aswell as being kind.

Really good customer service along with being so helpful. Also I got some great advice when buying my new mod.

Vapetime has been my goto for vape liquid for a while now. I decided to go on to vaping and quit smoking, I knew it wasn't going to be easy after 15 years. Thankfully I have now fully quit.
