Brilliant Website
Products seemed to be a decent price. Looked on a few websites simultaneously and found Vapestore to be the moat user friendly for me personally. Will definitely use again. Free 24 hour postage on orders over £20 would be great as there are other sites that do this. However, really pleased with my order and the process.

Quickly dispatched. Shame about courier company they use. 7th day of waiting for delivery. Wont be using this company again because of courier company. Think they serious need to change courier.

Hello There.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that your order was dispatched quickly, but we’re very sorry to hear about the delay with the courier. We completely understand your frustration, especially after waiting seven days for your delivery.
We’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into this for you. Please contact us at support@vapouriz.com with your order details, and we’ll be happy to investigate what has happened.
We also offer a choice of three different couriers, so we’d be happy to discuss the available options with you for future orders and help find the service that works best for you.
We take your feedback seriously and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Kind regards,
Paul
