I have checked ownership and saved all documentation. Bank accounts- My bank is happy to do a fraud check which then will go to fraud policing

Absolute Scam and Fraud
I transferred the money and have tried time and time again for nearly a month to get a refund. They lied about the tracking and said the courier wanted to charge an extra fee. I have spoken to ‘Carlton West’, which is probably a fake name. Only way to contact them is via online chat which they only answer if they don’t think it’s actually you. My bank has attempted to retrieve the funds but are unsuccessful. Money was transferred to a Michelle Croucher bank account.

SCAM SCAM SCAMSCAM! Transferred the money as was requested. Didn't hear anything for days over a weekend. Messaged them on Monday and Carlton West said my bank had rejected the transfer. The money was out of my account and in theirs. No proof of rejection was supplied despite requests, and have since heard nothing back from the scammers. If it's too good to be true (vapes available in Aust) then it usually is. SCAM SCAN SCAM!

As soon as payment was sent and they received it, they never contacted me again....Fake shop, total scam..beware. I have since contacted authorities who deal with scams, so hopefully their page gets pulled down soon before too many people get ripped off.
