Great Support and Customer Service
Always great support and amazing customer service from The Vape Shop. Anytime I've had a problem they have sorted it in a timely manner and always been friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for vapes. I had a faulty device and sent it back, even without the original packaging they accepted a print out of the original order online and also refunded the payment for sending it back. Fantastic service.

You now have to email cancel a Subscription
You now have to email them to cancel a subscription, WHY? it never use to be like this, and I don't have to email the company to start a subscription. This is hoops to jump through to hopefully avoid people canceling subscriptions? What is this a gym membership?
Prices are ok and service seems ok so far, but this email to cancel subscription is silly!! Theres a button on their subscription page that says cancel, but clicking this just pops up a box informing people they need to email. Not good and so 2*

Sold faulty product
Sold faulty product, and are unwilling to send out a return label as per consumer rights section 20 paragraph 111. Its very clear and not ambiguous but the company are acting like it is.

Quality customer service!
Been using this website regularly for around 2/3 years now. For the first time, I ran into an issue with the next day delivery when my current vape was about to run out. 4 days passed and nothing, so I emailed customer service who responded promptly to resolve the issue and had a duplicate order sent to me ASAP. Had the pleasure of dealing with Sam W, a credit to customer service who couldn’t have been quicker/friendlier. Thanks again!

Good morning all just would like to say few words about Vape shop. Two years i was collecting I've been collecting points in their program for two years. From the very beginning, I've been purchasing the same product and receiving points for each purchase. When I reached Tier 3, where you get 3 points per pound, suddenly my product, which I'd been purchasing for almost two years, no longer qualified for points. I'm writing this review to warn people about the unreliability of this company, which deceives people into claiming benefits without actually realizing them.

Vape Shop. A great company with great Customer Service !
I've been using Vape Shop for a few years now, and everything I've ordered had arrived on time, and exactly as described. Recently I purchased a Vape Kit that unfortunately did not live up to expectation. It was a manufacturing problem, NOT Vape Shop. But I was able to return the item to Vape Shop, get a full refund, and the issue was resolved in a week ! It's great to know when things go wrong, the problem will be dealt with so easily and quickly. Thankyou to the Vape Shop team
