I ordered the orange vaporesso Armour Max they sent me a email saying they shipped it i was waiting for my new ecig then I got a phone call saying they dont have the orange 1 instock I can ethier wait and they would get it or I can pick a different colour i sed no ill wait and th
en few days later I got a phone call saying they can't get it so I had no choice but to pick a different colour i didn't realy want i only ordered this because I wanted the orange colour not that great of a experience

The company sent the wrong order twice. I attached emails to prove my order was incorrect they tried to gas light me saying it was correct. They were 2 different items. Customer service is shocking they cannot get an order correct. They also said they would send correct item free of charge due to complaint about repeated incorrect orders then ignored it and went back on there word. Id never buy from again.

First time ordering with this company I purchased 3 big puff vapes resulting in 2 of them not working the supplier said they had received a faulty batch a replacement was sent out for only one of the vapes (should of been two) when I received the replacement that one still did not work messaged back again as these are not cheap to all my numerous messages being ignored very very disappointed at the level of customer service received regarding this

The website heavily advertises a 'Box of 20' Lost Mary BM6000 for £79.99. The URL, primary header, and order confirmation all say 'Box of 20'. However, they only ship 10. When contacted, customer service admitted the listing causes 'confusion' but refused to send the missing items or issue a partial refund. I have had to escalate this to my credit card provider as a chargeback dispute. Beware of misleading advertising.
