Great Replacement Service
I had an issue with a vape mod I had bought that had developed a fault. Got in touch with the guys at Vape Inc who sent out a replacement the next day along with a pre-paid bag to send the faulty item back in. Top service, would highly recommend. 5 Stars!

Hello,
Sorry to hear about this. Due to all the Royal Mail strikes there are a lot of delay’s and backlogs at the depot’s, and some parcels are taking longer to be processed within the Royal Mail network and to be delivered. I have looked at your order and i can see this was placed on 30/11/22 (Day of a strike) this was not collected from us until Friday 2nd December so its only been 3 working days.
I apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for the delays and I will look in to this to see if there is anything I can do.

Great customer service.
Bought a vape kit bundle on offer. Excellent price. Arrived very quickly and well packaged. Had a slight problem which was easily solved using their chat line.

Wrong order rectified immediately well done!!!
You inadvertently sent out the wrong items! I complained and as if by magic they were replaced with what I ordered the next day and no invoice!! Really really good customer service so from bad experience to a great experience! I will be using you all the time now!

This is showing as delivered on the 28/09/22 (2 days before this review) I can see we shipped this to the address stated on the order.
