I made an order through their website. Recieved no notification for a week and keep being ghosted through Whatsapp and Emails. Absolutely 0 communication from the seller and after seeing the reviews on here, it seems like they are a scam and I’m starting to believe that.

They declare products on stock. I ordered 80 pcs of small cigars, paid in front. Then they disappeared. Later asked me wait a bit and disappeared again. Only after the notification, that I will report to police, they promised refund my payment. Still no order, no refund.

The worst experience and company you could ever deal with in your life. At first they tell you that they can ship to Holland or Europe without any problems. Then when the tobacco is confiscated by customs, they tell you that they are not responsible for this matter. The customer service is also very bad. My shipment was confiscated about two months ago, and every time I talk to them, they tell me that they do not know what is happening and there is no financial compensation from them. Anyway , they are the worst you will ever deal with. I advise you to deal with other reliable companies.

Please save yourself.
I ordered the product months back and I kept chasing for updates and no updates. I requested cancellation and refund which was confirmed. They did not process the refund and despite my cancellation they now after months sent some trash dhoka.
They said this was stuck at the custom but on the tracking clearly shows it was processed in November. I now have to bear all delivery charges and am not sure that I will receive my money.
Please choose another shop instead of these scammers.
They are number 1 for worst customer service, worst customer experience, stealing and scamming customers.
After all this they have requested a review.
