Delivery was quick but I have had to throw one away as once I replaced it it leaked and as there wasnt clear instructions to follow for changing them it may been user error, picking the replacement was a bit of a nightmare as the site isnt easy to navigate

I have been ordering from VAD for some time, I’ve never had any major issues, and the very minor one I had was put right almost immediately, without any fuss.
