I placed my first order No94 in 2016 after visiting their warehouse in Taunton, help was always on hand, either by chat on line or a friendly voice at the end of a telephone. When I forgot the order process.
Then recently a first for Vape-it UK they got an order slightly wrong after a brief call to them, the next day postman Pat dropped a envelope through my letter box, hey presto order complete.
Well done Vape-it UK proper 5* service.

Had to return a vape kit as it was the wrong colour and didnt have the one i wanted in stock.I sent it back and they said they would send me some liquid to cover the postage cost and they refunded me the price of the kit.Thought i would get a couple of 10 ml bottles to cover the postage,but to my surprise three 50 mls arrived with nicshots,now thats what i call excellent customer service,thanks vape-it uk.
