I purchase the lifetime membership of Vantagepoint AI last December, for the get go it was always to add/buy one more item for their system to help enhance their system to achieve the 84% that is guaranteed. Well, I gave it all college tried, what it seems that it is doing is reacting to the market previous data to decide, that would be fine, however after several testing in following their trends and losing a lot of money, it did not work for me. So, I invite me friend who is a very successful trader in his own right to trade with me using the Vantage system, his response after a week is "this is false, I am going to stick to my own strategy." I was like well ok, maybe there was something I missed in the use of the 4 indicators and the Larry Jones. So, I tried to reach my coach Joe Ayala by phone call, txt, and email to get more insight on the software and the market for the past 3 weeks and got no response. It took me having to leave a nasty message to get any response. It should have never got to this for a company that is responsible and claim to have a(not) great product. I have requested my money back because of my dissatisfaction, then got a call from a guy that try to justify his company. I am requesting my money back. Your product does not work for me, and you should not think it would work for everyone.

I love the concept of Vantage. The color charts help quite a bit. The lessons I received from the coach that go along with the software is informative but much more involved than I envisioned. Too much and too difficult to absorb in just 30 minute increments. Just not enough class time to be of benefit, Information overload. I don't think I can repeat the course without paying additional fees. The Dan Williams indicators were the most valuable to me. All the other indicators were just standard indicators.

No company is in business for 40+ years if it hasn't delivered the goods. The software and learning resources available on VantagePoint are impressive. VantagePoint doesn't just cash your check and hang you out to dry. It's trading coaches reach out to offer multiple teaching sessions to maximize your chances of trading success. Also available are lectures at VantagePoint University and the Learning Center. The software is pretty amazing. You will do well with VantagePoint if you are conscientious and put in the work. The tools are there for you to take advantage of the markets. Bill Fullarton

VantagePoint Software's team is competent and enthusiastic about the company's product offering. I'm confident I'll be able to use VantagePoint to make wise market decisions. At times the push to add on additional new Indicators or take advantage of peripheral offerings seems excessive.

I agree with JC Collins. I won't repeat what he said since this can be read with an easy search, but I agree very much.

Bottom line: They need to provide a way to Trial the product for 1-2 weeks so that the customer can truly decide that it is a good fit for their needs or not.

My price for finding out more about the product was receiving what I paid minus the $495 "cancellation fee".

I also felt like I was pressured by the "salesperson" who was described by the moderator as a person who will answer all of my questions. This saleperson was there to collect my $$$$ and quickly move on to the next one.

Like JC Collins, I'm retired. I've saved, invested and have enough for a very nice retirement. That was not the issue.

The product, I was sold, does not provide information for all Stocks, ETFs, etc. It ONLY provides the information to the customer for those where its high standards are met. About 12, twelve, of my 40 Dividend paying stocks were found and information provided for. When searching for others on my ideas list... same ratio of success.

After finding this out I CANCELLED my subscription. This was also a frustrating ordeal...

BUYER BE WARE! It cost me $495 to find this out.

Allowing the customer/prospective customer a 1-2 week trial period with the product would have solved my issue. There is also a separate fee for the Data service from a separate company and cost that is required. Why not include this with the cost of the product? Also include this either free of charge or at a minimal cost to the customer.

2. I WAS VERY UNEASY DURING THE SALES HUSTLE AND PRESSURE TO GET INTO MY WALLET.
3. I HAVE FRUSTRATED WHEN TRYING TO GET THINGS CANCELLED.

Recommended: Save your time, energy and money for something else that is more productive and meets your needs. Mine were definitely not met.

I am pleased with the software and all the indicators and excited to be able to finish VP University and begin trading. Working with Karlee and Brek has been great. The only thing I am not pleased with is everything is a-la-carte. Every training session is another expense. I have put in $20K, which if I had known, I would not have joined. I was in sales and sales management for 35 years and I understand the layer expense technique. If I had known all the indicator options, I would like to have been able to make those choices. Instead, I was told you can't switch indicators and or markets. Again, Karlee and Brek have been great.

Vantage Point is dedicated to work with me to help improve their software usage for the way I trade. They plan to continue assisting me with my concerns to the point that I will be very comfortable and satisfied as a user of their S/W.

The software works well. The coaching could be better. I learned on my own by losing money that they're running moving averages but they don't explain it too well. I'm not sure why. Also, the predicted candle range is JUST A PREDICTION. Don't take it as gospel or you will lose money. Best advice is to analyze the short, medium, and longterm averages below the price chart. I believe they're accumulation lines on different time frames and they are extremely helpful. I think if I would've been explained all this I'd have done better with the software. Now that I understand I think I'll do very well and overall I'm happy with my purchase. They do need better coaching though, much better.

This is unequivocally the most disappointed I've been in a product in a long time. I felt hustled and all your entire motive to do is get into my wallet. I can afford your fees I'm retired and I saved and invested very well and have a great pension. Very first interaction with you that class made me excited and I bought your program then and then you even let me have a discount and buy two of the products for basically just being thrown in for the lifetime license. About that lifetime license you have to have one to get into your business but it's not a license, in the true sense of the word, yet that's how you present it. Then you give me three weeks to enjoy the whole package( mind you you, can't make money without the whole package you have to have the whole package, the $43,000 package, in order to make this work) as my coach explained the market is cyclical. So only every now and then the two three or four little blurbs you buy might make you make money one or two months out of the year the rest of the time you can't see what's going on the market again as was explained to me by my coach. During this time I had a major family incident that almost cost me my daughter's life. My coach was kind enough to extend me couple more weeks so that I could learn and understand the program. During this roughly 6 to 7 weeks, My coach was gone for a couple of weeks, I'm assuming for vacation, the gentleman he left in charge for him while he was gone called me three times spoke to me once. Again not all is his fault as I was having a major crisis with my family. So finally comes the time when we have to choose what I would like in my, again you can't make money without the entire package and you never ever let anyone know that through the whole training period you're exciting them and making them really think this can work. Yes my coached used words like, cyclical, Ebbs and flows into different categories, I have to understand that service and transportation are two different things, so you have to buy the whole package to make it work. So as Diaz is making the pitch to me he starts out with this whole thing will cost you just $43,000, I said nothing, he said give me a minute and he came back and he told me his supervisor is allowing me to have it for $19,000, I said Diaz this is not happening. He said let me talk to my boss again he comes back and he's going to give me the whole package for $10,000. And then the magic words, JC just give me your credit card number, that will hold this amazing deal for you. I spoke to him about a couple things two more times he said to me just give me your credit card number and we'll lock it in for you, as I'm telling him, I don't feel comfortable with this. Then the creme de La Creme, because I want to talk to my wife about it before I do anything I'm not going to spend $10,000 without letting her know, he says, JC give me your credit card number and then then it's going to be yours cuz you're going to come back and tell me to go ahead and do it anyway so we can just get this started. He also threw in the convenient I'm not going to put it through to your card, I just have your numbers with me and ready to go for you. I don't think I have to say much more than that about the legality and other things about asking for my credit card number that he's not going to use tell later. IN closing Diaz was Charming, fully aware of his product, accommodating, and very understanding about my family issue. We're he lost me was in the disrespect to my wife I believe that's very evident so I'm not going to go into it. I would also like to say the product appears to be and seems to be incredible and I would have bought it at a reasonable price, just an FYI on the day that he made me that offer I made $9,000 in stocks it's not like I couldn't have paid for it, again I say that. You always open your phone calls with you are being recorded on a recorded line. I will send you the $10,000 if you listen to those tapes and anything I put in here is not true. The only things in life that were a constant in my workplace and with the people that work for me was honesty and integrity, without that you have nothing.

Very effective tool and a must need for trading stocks or forex! If your a beginner or even experienced as a trader I recommend this platform for any type of trading. VantagePoint also offers free classes for new customers which I found very useful!
