I had to constantly chase company for…
I had to constantly chase company for my refund, which after about three weeks was done. I was charged over £60.00 for delivery, which I was told going to be £30.00.

I have taken a look at the timeline for your refund and I can see that a contact was made to you via email on the 29th June to clarify how you would like the refund payment made to you. We did not receive a response to this email, and we did not chase you. For this we can only apologies, we will look to put chases in place in the future.
On the point regarding the return charges, the deductions were made up of a collection cost and a restocking fee which were laid out in our communication to you. I can only apologise again that this wasn't clear enough, and we will look to improve the quality of our communications.

Very helpful customer service
Very helpful customer service, high quality roof rack, capable of carrying the weight limits, self assembly is straight forward as long as you follow the instructions and watch the video, I would certainly buy again if I change my van.

Perfect item. No measuring or guessing involved was absolutely perfect and fitted in 15 minutes. Had one on my last van and will have one when this van gets replaced. This was also the cheapest one around with free and fast delivery so 👍 from me
