First time taking an online class that has the timer on it. It took me almost 4 hours to complete a 2 hour class due to timer on slide. Horrible

I won't be back
One of the worst online courses I've experienced since the Pandemic. Some multiple choices questions listed the same answers twice in the same question. (What???) I couldn't scroll through missed questions to see what I did wrong because the url failed, and it made me start the test all over again. I had to log back in five times. I'm still not sure of some of what I got wrong. This "3-hour" course took me 4-1/2 hours to get through.

Not very user friendly
Not very user friendly; confusing and the certificate doesn’t look good nor does it state how many hours you gained with the class.

Very Decent but could be more intuitive and flowing
Very easy to stop and start. Having to listen to the audio before moving on to the next slide is a big negative. Content is good, but a little boring, which I am not sure you can do anything about.

I like that you can navigate these classes at your own pace and that you can take them in intervals, if needed.

The class was fine but the hours credit…
The class was fine but the hours credit and lack of help getting the hours reported to TREC is horrendous! Calls, emails etc have all been without results!!
