I had a really great experience with V Amazon Consultants. From the very first day, their team treated me with respect and guided me step by step. I was completely new to the Amazon business and honestly very confused, but they explained everything in a simple and clear way. What impressed me the most was their honesty and transparency. They never made fake promises and always kept me updated about the progress. Because of their support, I now feel confident about my Amazon journey. Highly recommended to anyone who wants genuine and professional Amazon services.

I am sharing my experience with V Amazon and HomelyCraft4U to help others make informed decisions.

I engaged V Amazon to assist in establishing and managing an Amazon FBA business with a money-back guarantee. Based on their representations regarding product sourcing, supplier selection with complete vetting, and account management, I was advised to purchase three products, Jandy Valves, Unicel filters, and Fieldpiece wires, totaling $24,000 in inventory from their recommended supplier, HomelyCraft4U.

After the inventory was purchased and submitted to Amazon, Amazon started sale and customers reported "Chinese brand not genuine" based on customers negative feedback Amazon suspended my account, and requested valid invoices for product verification with source of origin and complete supply chain documents. Unfortunately, the documentation provided by HomelyCraft4U was not accepted under Amazon’s policies. As a result:

1. My inventory was held and later disposed of by Amazon
2. My Amazon seller account was suspended
3. I was unable to generate any sales
4. I suffered financial losses exceeding $33,000, which include inventory costs, Amazon shipping charges, storage fees, disposal fees, and legal expenses incurred while working with my attorney to issue formal legal notices.

In written communication, V Amazon acknowledged that incorrect, counterfeit, and non-compliant products were shipped under my account. I am currently in the process to take legal action to recover my losses.

Several individuals were directly involved in this fraud, including John Anderson(key person and a fake name), Sufyan Ahmed of V Amazon Consultants, and Muhammad Omer Naqi of HomelyCraft4U, who appeared to be operating remotely from Pakistan. In my experience, they demonstrated limited understanding of Amazon’s compliance and listing requirements. Communication was inconsistent, and my attempts to obtain clarification and resolution were often unanswered.

Public records indicate that both companies were registered in 2024, which conflicts with claims of long-standing business operations.

Based on these events, my account suspension and financial loss resulted from inadequate guidance, insufficient documentation, and improper product handling. I have reported this matter to the appropriate authorities and am pursuing legal remedies.

I strongly advise anyone considering working with these companies to conduct thorough due diligence and proceed with caution.

I am submitting this formal complaint against Vamazon and HomelyCraft4U for what I believe to be fraudulent and deceptive business practices that have caused me substantial financial harm.

Vamazon represented to me that they would assist in establishing and managing a successful Amazon FBA business. Based on their assurances and promises of legitimate product sourcing and professional listing services, I was instructed to purchase approximately $13,000 worth of inventory from a supplier they recommended, HomelyCraft4U.

After purchasing the inventory, I later discovered that the products supplied by HomelyCraft4U appear to be counterfeit. When Amazon requested valid invoices for verification, the documentation provided by HomelyCraft4U was not acceptable under Amazon’s policies. As a direct result:
My inventory has been held by Amazon.
My Amazon seller account was suspended.
I have suffered a complete financial loss of my investment.

I generated no sales prior to suspension.
Additionally, Vamazon failed to provide competent services. The assigned representative, John Anderson, is not located in the United States and demonstrated a clear lack of knowledge regarding Amazon listing procedures and compliance requirements. Numerous listing issues occurred even before the merchandise arrived at Amazon FBA facilities including creating 2 listings for the same product. These failures directly contributed to my account suspension.
Despite repeated attempts to contact Vamazon for clarification, assistance, and resolution, they have not responded to my inquiries. Their lack of communication and accountability further demonstrates bad faith business conduct, their Facebook page was flagged as a scam and was deleted.

Based on the totality of circumstances, I believe Vamazon and HomelyCraft4U operated in coordination in a manner that resulted in financial loss and account suspension. I have reported both companies to the Better Business Bureau and am pursuing further legal remedies.

A piece of advice to anyone looking into doing business with these scammers is to stay away and do your due diligence before even considering doing business with both companies.
