I really wanted to get my smile back and I decided to look for a clinic in Istanbul. After many attempts James from Valuedent Clinic called me and we arranged an appointment for me,he gave me a lot of confidence so I chose this clinic! I had a very good experience at Valuedent. On the first visit to the clinic I met Mahomed who takes care of patients and he was very friendly and helped me make the best decision for my treatment after the x-ray. The staff was professional, caring and very friendly. The doctors explained every step of the treatment clearly. The clinic is modern,clean and well organised .I m happy with the results and I highly recommend Valuedent Clinic for anyone looking for high quality dental services in Istanbul.

Hi had a good experience with the clinic. Hannah (Emma) talked me through the process of my journey for my new teeth. She sorted my hotel stay and transfer from the airport to the clinic. . Just waiting for my gums to heal then returning to have my new teeth fitted.

After 1 year...
The teeth are ok and no problems so far I guess. The only problem was that I wanted them bigger in the front but yeah, they said it was the best for me, I hope it's true.

The shape is good and no pain.

"I underwent a large dental operation at Value Dent and was astonished by both the quality and affordability of the experience. In Europe, a procedure of this scale would have been financially out of reach—costing approximately 400% more than what I paid here compared to Romania and about 500% more than in Italy. Despite the substantial savings, I found no compromise on quality; the materials, equipment, and the level of professionalism were all top-notch. Dr. Mehmet, the first doctor I met, took care of the extractions. He was incredibly kind, patient, and highly skilled, qualities that made the experience much easier for me as a sensitive and fearful patient. The implant specialist, his colleague, was equally impressive, clearly confident and proficient in his work. The third doctor, who managed the canals and nerves of my teeth, was perhaps less outwardly empathetic but demonstrated great competence. I want to acknowledge the public relations representative as well, who was friendly and professional, making the experience smoother. Special thanks go to James, who has been a steady point of contact since January. His helpfulness, attentiveness, and professionalism made this entire process feel supported from start to finish.

When i did my research into this clinic, I started chatting to sam, sam was very helpful in getting the information that I required, very easily.
Myself, im not that confident in speaking to anyone really, let alone over the phone, but I was put at ease.
When I arrived in Istanbul, I wasn't left waiting around waiting for my taxi, they were on point and very luxurious should i say! From the airport to the hotel and between appointments at the clinic, always on time very comfortable.
When I arrived at the clinic I felt like all my anxiety about this journey was gone, by the great members of staff that were there to help me.
The work I had done was alot! And it was my first time ever receiving any form of dental work. Amazingly was pain free! From the injections to the removals to the root cannel and so on.. i was completely comfortable through out!
I'm giving these guys a 5 star rating and would recommend to anyone going forward with their journey!

I was very happy with my treatment and care I got from value dent from start to finish

This is my second time posting a review on Trustpilot. Previously, I shared a negative experience, but my review was removed. I am reposting to share my honest and personal experience.

My experience with this company was not satisfactory. The service and treatment did not meet the expectations set during the initial consultation, and I felt that there was a lack of transparency regarding pricing.

I respect that other customers may have had positive experiences. However, since my experience and the experience of some others I know was different, I kindly request that all reviews (both positive and negative) be carefully verified to ensure fairness and transparency for everyone.

This review is based entirely on my personal experience.

Mit allem Respekt war meine Erfahrung mit ihnen und ihrem Zahnarzt sehr schlecht. Am Anfang sagten sie mir, dass meine Behandlung weniger kosten würde, aber während der Behandlung verlangten sie zusätzliche Gebühren von mir. Die Behandlung selbst war gut, aber später forderten sie noch mehr Geld, was ich sehr enttäuschend und ärgerlich fand.

Very professional and nice treatment. All through my sessions, I had no complaints. I received a very good service from the day I landed in Turkey till I returned back to the Uk. I genuinely recommend Value dent

When i fist contacting them I was asked to send all photos of upper and lower teeth
He advised I need 24 crowns 12 bottom and 12 upper
I queried with as some of my teeth at the back were cracked
He assured me this was all i needed at a cost of 2700 pounds
Before I arrived they sent me an itinerary I i would be dentist 4 day 2 days rest in between
On arrival first went in for an xray and then consultation
I was told they couldn't do crowns as my teeth were already loose and crowns would make them worse
Said my sinus bones had dropped and they would need to operate input fake bone and I could have my plasma injected to help with the healing
They would open up my gums and put 6 implant in top sectioning 5 in lower section i would be switched up and sent home with temporary teeth and would to return 3 to 6 months
Now at a total cost of nearly 8000 pounds
I explained I did not want the done and that I came for crowns
Then he started knocking money off which felt like pressure into getting it done
Told them no so.then we had to pay for hotel and taxis
They were suppose to send taxi which we had paid for to get to airport on departure date
Taxi never turned up nor would they answer my calls
If anyone was thinking of getting turkey teeth I would avoid value dent in istanbul

The doctors are highly skilled and truly take pride in their work. They explained every step clearly and made sure I was happy with the results. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology.I was also impressed by how well they handled everything for international patients from transportation to scheduling, it was seamless.

All their technology and doctors are the best you could ask for which results in the best possible end product and didn't feel any pain throughout the process thanks to their professionalism, would definitely recommend to anybody looking to get their teeth fixed or any other procedure they might want as they offer the highest quality service.
