I contacted valor fitness because I was missing some parts to my Ab machine due to a move and some things got lost. I spoke with Ivan the rep. He was very knowledgeable and got my order out to me right away. Once I received the first order I realized that I was still missing two small parts. Ivan immediately sent those out to me free of charge. I really appreciated him getting me back to my workout regimen by getting me the parts I needed really fast.

Nothing but professionalism. Valor has been with us from the very beginning providing top-quality equipment and supporting us by allowing us to host events. Jim, Jackie, Taylor, and the entire team are truly the best in the business.

Instructions were a little miss leading or not clear, as it relates to the number of bolts needed to put it together and the angle to which the decline section should be installed. Had to redo after all bolts were installed. But overall a well put together bench.

This company is terrible. They think it's okay to ship unsafe products that are damaged and have peeling paint to their customers, and then they fight you on refund requests. I posted my email below so everyone can see the situation. I did receive a full refund after a lot of hassle, but I will only purchase from credible vendors from now on. Titan Fitness is my #1 go-to, and Rogue Fitness is #2, as they have never given me any issues and offer high-quality equipment. Others include Fringe Sport, Force USA, and Rage Fitness.

I received the package, and unfortunately, the black paint was peeling, fell off around the hole on its own, and got stuck in the hole of the round adjuster for the machine.

I had to clean it all out inside with a cloth just to be able to push the wheel adjuster in. Then the paint chips also got stuck where the small metal rod got placed just so that it could fit as well. You can see all the pictures attached.

Additionally, I was surprised to see indents and scratches on the grey metal beams, as well as a chip in the handle of the bicep curl.

I still put it together, and it was a gift for my mom, who is older. When she went to try it, the handles swung and hit her knees. There is no stopper crossbar to stop the handles from hitting your legs.

I am disappointed with the entire experience. I am requesting a full refund, a paid return label with scheduled pickup, and no restocking fee, as I was shocked that the product was shipped in this condition and is unsafe.

I was very pleased with my purchase from Valor Fitness. The climbing rope I ordered was exactly as pictured and described, was well packaged, and even arrived a bit early. We have been using it for about a month now, and there are no faults thus far; it seems like a quality piece of equipment. I would order from them again!

Love the construction of the bar, very solid. Question, how do I keep the bar clean. They already have spots in the knurling that I cannot seem to clean.
