The ordering process was easy. The product when it arrived was excellent however the was an error in quantity delivered to what was advertised. I informed them and it was corrected quickly with the remaining items being delivered the following Monday.
I would have given 5 stars but I had to chase up the order and was told it was being delivered the day I rang with no updates previously but luckily someone was in to take delivery. I felt I wasn’t informed enough and that I had to chase up the order numerous times.
However the product was excellent and there was no breakage at all.

You cancelled and refunded my order without any prior notice or explanation. When I emailed to ask why my order had been refunded, I received no response.

Placed an order a week ago, over the weekend. By Thursday the week after still had no updates about my order so I emailed their customer service. No-one bother to reply, so Friday morning I rang to ask about my order. I was told they will check and ring me straight after. Waited all day for the call back, never happened. Delivery I paid for is 2-4 days, and the fact the customers are not treated with respect I find the most awful thing. Really bad customer service experience. For now I have no money back nor products.

Scaffolders hit our satellite dish several times resulting in no satellite signal. No communication from company. Phone calls never returned or people not available/ no answer. Going on 5 days and no offer to fix satellite dish or recompense for Sky fees until fixed. Overall very poor service and abysmal customer service and communication!
