Bought a hoodie for my son, bought himself one previously. Lovely quality, great design and excellent value for money!

I placed an order one month ago. I never received it, and zero updates on the tracking. I emailed support, and did not receive a reply. They then sent me an automated message days later saying that I should have received my package by now and to let them know if I haven’t so they can help me track it down. I replied that no, I did not get it, and they should know this because I already reached out for support. They still didn’t reply! So no package, no support, and out almost $100.

I ordered a product from this shop at the end of November. By The end of December I had recieved an e-mail that I should have recieved my order. I had not recieved it, so I reached out to them. Weeks later and they failed to get back with a response.

The sweaters are 10/10. They are just what we expected. The shipping was just as promised, even a little early. The hardest part was picking our favorite pieces. Will purchase again!

I have ordered items twice from Valhyr. The customer service is fantastic, and I received the items quicker than I expected.

Overall it has been a positive experience with good quality clothes. The website does however avoid mentioning that the clothes are manufactured and shipped from China. The language used by the site heavily implies the clothes are made locally in Estonia. I live in Europe and wanted to support a business without a global manufacturing chain.

I love this company and have ordered from them many times.

I've had two orders and both items look great. I had some issue recieving the first item but that was an issue with the carrier and Valhyr's support staff helped me figure out what happened and got me my package. Couldn't be happier.

Communication with the vendor is fantastic - they are responsive & helpful. Shipping was quick and I was provided ample updates on status of my order. I trust they work well with their suppliers as they communicate often about their craftsmanship and their efforts at sustainability.

Great quality items customer service is fantastic shipped on time only delays being with postal but thats to be expected 10/10 would recommend

Reader if you are reading this then let me tell you. You were skeptical like me and you were thinking; "Is this site legit?". I'm here to answer that yes it is. I was skeptical about it too but I did receive my package, I had ordered one of their pants and I did receive the product. It's soft and quite comfortable, the tracking site to track your package did look a bit scammy at first but it did update me after a bit. So I would recommend this Valhyr if you are wanting to buy their clothes or any other product.

My product was never received and I was waiting a really long time for my Odin Amulet. The tracking on the package was never updated at all and was stuck at Estonia which gives me a reason to believe it maybe got lost during shipping or processing and when I did send an email to Valhyr about my concerns they also took a very long time to respond. Really bad experience, wouldn't buy from them again. I believe I maybe bought from them during the middle of January or late, approaching February.

Their clothes are super comfy and their customer service is top notch.
10/10 I will definitely order from them again!.

The "Jackets" are quite cheap material wise, definitly not worth the premium price.
It would have been a reasenable deal for approx €25-35.
