Lawrence and the team are true professionals. Incredibly quick responses. Highly effective. They are technical in solving problems, but also understand how to communicate how to solve things in a way that the everyday person can understand.

VA HUB Pro is the real deal ...

Joel and the team are world class! Literally some of the best in the world at what they do. And beyond just skill, they actually care.

I've known Joel and worked with him and his company for years. He is a professional and very knowledgeable in the GHL and digital marketing space with years of experience. I would definitely work with him again and would recommend his AI automation services to anyone.

The VAs they provided were not just capable. They were proactive, reliable, and genuinely invested in our success. They learned our systems quickly, communicated clearly, and took ownership of their work in a way that made them feel like true members of our team from day one. That kind of quality is rare, and it has had a real impact on our operations and our clients.

What sets VA Hub Pro apart is how well they understand what a business actually needs. They take the time to match the right person to the right role, and it shows in the results. The process was smooth, professional, and refreshingly straightforward.

My business wouldn’t be where it is today without the help of VA Hub Pro

We had a great experience with VAHUBPRO. Their team is professional, easy to communicate with, and genuinely great to work with. If you're looking for reliable VA support, we'd happily recommend them.

VAHubPro was highly engaged in their commitment to quickly provide the perfectly matched GHL tech support to our agency with an indespencable team member that really helped take our agency to the next level. Can't say enough good things, we HIGHLY Recommend.

Had some graphics done for me and they are really great. I also had their help in logistics to some of my guys in Pakistan…. And they really came through. Helped me book hotels and transportation for my guys in Pakistan for our event. Couldn’t have done it without them!!

The team at VA Hub Pro will bend over backwards to help. I appreciate their forward thinking and all of my interactions with them have been positive. Would highly recommend others work with them.

Excellent Services, they go Way and beyond with all resources to make sure you are satisfied!

We've done a lot of business with VA Hub Pro. We've hired maybe 14 VAs through them and it's always been a flawless experience. In one rare case we had an issue that arose with a VA not doing the work we expected, but it was actually because WE had issues with how we described the job to them... nonetheless VA Hub Pro took extreme responsibility on behalf of the VA and immediate action to resolve... Even though this mistake was our fault. I didn't even expect them to handle minor issues for us so this was a bonus!

If you're looking for a reputable company for VA placement, account management, support or custom build outs, I would recommend VA Hub Pro all day every day.

If you've never hired a company like this, keep in mind you need to know what you want to use the VA for. Changing your mind all the time or unclear SOPs are the only possible reason why you'd have a negative experience... and those are not things VA Hub Pro would be responsible for.

I’ve been working with VA Hub for years now, and they’ve become a very important part of how we’ve grown our business.

Over that time, I’ve hired more than a dozen virtual assistants through VA Hub, and I’ve consistently been impressed with the quality of the people they’ve helped us bring onto our team. Finding the right VA can be difficult, especially when you’re looking for someone who is dependable, capable, and can truly become part of your organization. VA Hub has made that process significantly easier for us.

What I appreciate most is that this has never felt like simply hiring temporary help. Several of the VAs we’ve brought on through VA Hub have taken on meaningful responsibilities inside our company and have helped us improve our operations, customer service, and ability to scale.

After a couple years and more than a dozen hires, I can confidently say that VA Hub has been a great partner for our business. Joel and the team have always been helpful, responsive, and committed to helping us find people who are a good fit.

If you’re a business owner who needs help building a reliable remote team, I would absolutely recommend VA Hub. They’ve helped us tremendously, and I’m grateful for the partnership we’ve built over the years.

We use VA Hub Pro for our fulfillment and technical workload and they're doing an amazing job for the past 8 months plus and loving how easy it is to communicate with them. I would recommend them to everyone to use focus in the zone of genius so they don't have to be buried in tech stuff like I was.
