I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. The website says returns can be made. The shoes were NOT the same shoes as advertised. They were low quality copies. I had to argue with them to agree to accept the return and when I did they did not refund me. They kept over £300 of my money. Because they kept arguing over accepting the return, the time frame of 30 days lapsed, PayPal would not help so I am out of pocket. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Following this, they changed their website to say they dont accept returns. I have the screen shots on my phone of everything, including their original returns policy. EDIT. they have now changed their name to vachettes.com

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Vachettas.com. They took two months to arrive (this is reasonable for hand made shoes). They are well constructed, the colour of one was a little different to the pictures online but still acceptable. I’ve deducted one star because the communication was bad. I was sent a tracking number but told that the shoes had been lost and that I would have to liaise with the shipping company myself. So I thought I had been scammed. However, they eventually arrived and are good value for the price. So I would recommend them but you need to be patient.
