The resort was nice but was not at all what I had requested. With this being my first time to Mexico I had no idea until I arrived that it was not what I had requested. Overall the trip was nice.

I am not sure on what you requested or what you were looking for so it is difficult for me to respond in more detail. I would appreciate if you can email me directly to let me know what you were looking for or why this particular hotel did not meet those expectations. This will help us provide better choices for you in the future and help us with other customers looking to stay in this area.

Where do I start
Where do I start. We have taken several cruises over the years and this was the first experience we have had with a travel agency that was Less then satisfactory! First, the communications with my planner were less then adequate. Our accommodations request was not even close to what we requested. I was told that I would receive 5 for Free on our Norwegian cruise which I did not, because your agent told me I would be receiving them and then when I received my cruise conformation they were not included. When I questioned him on why they were not there, I was told that he was not able to secure that promotion which was after the fact of being told I would be receiving them. I was very disappointed with the service that was offered to us therefore we will not be using your services in the future.

We clearly had an issue with our communication on your cruise and I apologize. We do our best to be transparent from the moment we start a conversation with a customer. It seems the travel specialist did not inform you that NCL offers two types of rates – a low, lead-in rate that does not include “Free at Sea” and the regular rate which gives up to 5 free items, such as Unlimited Beverages. You need to be in a position to make an informed choice – not just go with the least expensive. We have re-emphasized this program with all our travel specialists.
We take pride in bringing travel to many people who would not normally be able to afford it. Should you want to give us another try I will supervise your transaction to ensure it goes smoothly.

I have been with Vacation Wiser (Luther Sales) for a few years now and believe me they have gone beyond my expectation. You can go on your vacation and pay after your return monthly or biweekly or start paying like I did in January and by the time of my vacation in October our cruise was paid for. I had included my hotel as well as out flight. Please do not forget to add insurance

I have used this site more than once. For one, they REALLY Over Charge (a lot). Secondly, I have always had a problem with the reservation. And last but not least, I never have and still would not recommend this site to friends or family. There is no benefit for even using this site more than once. (Return customer).

I recall that your trip involved miscommunication on the type of cabin you wanted. Fortunately, we were able to secure the preferred cabin in the end, although at a higher price than originally quoted. I apologize for the miscommunication on our part – as a result we provided additional education to our travel specialists on NCL’s “Free at Sea” program.
As for our pricing, our prices include a markup for the cost of financing, which make them higher than if you purchased directly from the cruise line or a travel agency. The benefit is that you can spread your payments over 12 months, and you have a fixed payment tied to your payroll. Our markup considers the costs of spreading out customer payments, providing credit approval, collections and when customers default. We are proud to say our program provides access for many people who would not otherwise be able to travel.
Should you want to plan another trip with us, I will work directly with your travel specialist to ensure it goes smoothly.

I took a cruise, gave the dates and location and they set it all up.It all worked out on the first try so we didn't have to go back and forth or change anything. When I had questions I got a timely response.
