Angeline was a very kind, patient and knowledgeable representative of Vacation Offer. I appreciated her taking the time to answer all of the questions I had and forwarding me the information I requested.

The staff person was accommodating. She informed me about options that I could take. She made the transaction. She sent me an email to close the transaction.

Agent seemed to be more interested in getting me off the line. She told me that she was assisting other clients also. I have a lot of travel options and had questions but instead of offering to help me through the process of picking different packages I had to ask what I was available to me.

If I could give 0 stars I would! An absolute scam! I booked a stay with them at a comfort inn in Myrtle beach for 5 days and 4 nights. When I arrived at the hotel my stay was only booked for one night. I called for days only to be told my remaining days would be given to me once I attended the tour. We arrived May 2nd the tour was May 5th how was I suppose to attend a tour when our accommodations were cancelled. I kept calling asking for a supervisor to be told they don’t have supervisors and they will not give me my money back. They said only the first night is guaranteed. That is not written ANYWHERE nor was I told prior. I would never book a vacation that didn’t include all the days I PAID FOR.

Marty was great helping me book my trip and even called me back to set it up.

Still in booking phase, haven't experienced. Thus far I've managed. My trip is to Vegas 5day 4 night. They market your stays a the Luxor, MGM, ..... but when you go to book you end up having to choose from some no name hotel and something like Excalibur (which I've stayed at before - nothing compared to what I imagined the others to be like). On top of that, I had to pay an additional ~$80 upon booking for some crap about bedding in the rooms. This is my first trip / review, you can be sure that I'll be back with mor.!

I called to confirm the details of my scheduled tour/presentation in Las Vegas for November 2nd. Rubin helped edit my profile to note that I would be attending alone. He also confirmed the other details of the tour listed in my email to VacationOffer dated 5/5/2026.

The associate was very helpful in finding adequate vacation offers, unfortunately currently not the one we would have preferred. However, he took care of another topic that had been addressed various time but never been solved. Lets hope that this is now history

Literally checking in and my reservation was canceled?! This is crazy! Hours on the phone and we have nowhere to sleep! I just want to take a shower. I paid over $600 for the hotel and airfare, rental car as well and calling has been a nightmare!

Apparently it was canceled on 5/8/26 and I had a confirmation email that says everything was fine dated 5/11/26

The Customer Representative was courteous, very helpful, displayed great professionalism, and she knows her job.

Everything was horrible, I sent an email Thursday, April 30. Operator "Josh" called me Friday and said this was going to be sent "up the line". As of 6:30 EST, nothing from "up the line". Hotel room sucked, response to my complaint was nonexistent, ALL HORRIBLE.

My Rep I spoke to was kind and very helpful.
