I never received either order. UPS did not deliver to correct address and an investigation is under way yet I'm out $100

Hello Justin Hockin, we appreciate your input. Upon review, you have only placed one order. The second order you are referring to is a replacement shipment that we sent to you free of charge. We offer the option to include insurance to prevent loss and theft. Having insurance included will cover the entire cost of your package to prevent things like this from becoming an issue. Unfortunately, you did not opt to include insurance on your package. You provided the correct details. We shipped it to the right place, twice, and UPS still managed to misplace your package, twice. Insurance would have ensured a full refund as it states at checkout on our site. I hope this clears any confusion regarding how this situation unfolded.

Quality products at great prices
I have tried a few different items from the Entourage gummies, to delta 8 dabs, to the Entourage Hot Hemp and more and I found the quality, flavor, and potency to be top notch. I will definitely be ordering again.

This was the second time!
This was the second time I took a chance on the "Build a Vape". The vape has no flavor. When I received the vape it was discolored and continues to turn black. I contacted customer support about the discoloration. I was told it was something that could happen with their formula. I've never seen a vape do this before. Based on my experience I would not recomend this product.

First time buyer
Ok I've only ordered once but I'm happy with the products i bought, i can't give a 5 star review because the carts i got don't really have a flavor but they are smooth to vape and do the job very well. The flower is very potent. Perhaps after I order 1 or 2 more times I'll be able to give 5 stars. I do recommend and already telling my friends. 👍👍👍👍

Pain relief
I am 65 years old and suffer chronic low back and sciatica pain. I can't take opioids so I tried Entourage elite indica flower. It was smooth and easy to smoke. Just a small amount took my pain for hours. I strongly recommend this product.
