i've been sitting on my hands for five whole days now just waiting on this KYC verification. It's delaying my trades and making me mighty uncomfortable. You folks need to accelerate this process. While you're at it, put a real, live chat on your website so a person can get some actual customer service when they need it.

When a man makes a profit, he expects to withdraw his money faster like it gets done on #Tra-do vern...# where I get my money in just minutes of requesting.

Based on my experience, I would like to express my concerns regarding UTOCAPITAL. The account document verification process has taken more than two weeks, which is highly unsatisfactory. Additionally, they lack immediate online customer support channels, like chat, making it difficult to get assistance when needed.

I strongly advise against depositing any funds into this platform, as I worry that they may scam you during the deposit or withdrawal processes.

The support is terrible; they don't respond, and even though I requested account verification, it's been 4 weeks and it still hasn't been verified.

For anyone having issues with this company if you want your issue to be resolved then go to deposit,assume you want to deposit huge amount like 500,1000.when they see that they will call immediately that's where u will have opportunity to bargain with them to solve your issue first b4 they start convincing u on how to help u deposit,repeat the process every where u got stuck until they pay you then disappear. That's the trick I use to get my earnings in the name am checking withdrawal first then I will deposit 1000 soon but indeed I wanted my earnings.now I got it am gone.support is slow but when they see u try to deposit they are quick to respond be guided guys

This company is terrible, both in terms of service and support. They don't answer or offer any help, and your problem won't be solved, and you won't be able to withdraw your money.
