Avoid
Utility Outlet convinced one of our employees, who was not authorised to switch contracts, to transfer our business energy contract to another provider, despite our existing agreement with Octopus. Over the past six months and, despite multiple requests, we have not received clear documentation to validate the new contract. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using Utility Outlet.

In this instance, prior to finalising the agreement, we conducted a comfort call to confirm the details of the contract and ensure the individual was comfortable proceeding.

Relentless pushy cold calls
These guys have pestered us non stop since we moved into our new unit. Very pushy cold calls asking for payments over the phone. Trying to take people unawares. Have asked 3 different agents to stop calling us so far and the calls continue!

Excellent customer service by Joel!
Joel from Utility Outlet reached out regarding the elec and gas supply at our new business premises. He was knowledgeable, friendly and explained the importance of setting up a fixed tariff as the out of contact rates were as high as £5.00 a day standing charge!!
Joel provided us with a competitive quotation, which we have since signed up too.
Would highly recommend getting in touch for your business electricity and gas contracts.
