Just got off the phone with Kathleen. Lovely polite clear and professional. Answered all my questions. She organised a new e energy supplier. So over to the new supplier to play their part and continue the good service provided by Kathleen on behalf of uSwitch. Wish there were more nicer people in the world like Kathleen. Makes using their service stress free

Today i phoned uswich, and spoke to a miss E Todd, about getting the best deal from scottish power, (because i am coming to the end of my 2 year, help to beat cancer 2 years fixed tarrif,) scottish power sent me an email, with (super saver deals, which are now obsolete) so spending time on the phone with miss E Todd (first time i have used uswich) she was absolutley brillant, positve, helpful, explained everything (terms and conditions) ect, i feel a weight has been lifted, and now im looking forward to a great super saver deal she has found for me. Thankyou Miss E Todd, from a very happy new customer, Mr R Mugabe.

Spoke to an adviser called Adele on 17/09 regarding Electricity deals, one of the most helpful an informative customer services I ever received as Adele consulted me not only on the best deals available, but also answered all of my additional questions. Happy I used Uswitch as it's stress-free and easy.

Uswich claim ,, they can save youxxx £s on your energy bills ,,But they do not say at the money you save you must have A Smart Meter to get these savings ,,CALL IT A PLOY, SCAM CON OR RIP-OFF ,That they do not know how long the supplier will take to get meter installed IF EVER , Who do think they are kidding of course Uswitch must know that you must have this meter before you get it cheaper CMON PEOPLE WAKEN UP

The adviser on my call today (Josh) was so helpful he answered all the questions and insured I was happy with the advise he was giving. He found the best deal for me which I am now going to make saving on my new energy provider deal.
