An ally in these times of repair over replacement
I was impressed with the available parts for different CBUs. From what I have seen they have any part that can be removed on most CBUs and I found what I was looking for quickly and equally quickly checked out.

Super quick and easy!
The speed that I was able to create an account and then also have it verified as tax exempt was astounding! I created an account, attached verification, compiled and paid for the order in under 15 minutes. This is great for a busy office.

Looks like a nice mailbox
It was easy to find the product I wanted and place the order. I had some questions about address numbers for the new mailbox so I consulted the ChatBot in the lower-right corner. There was a banner above it that said something like "Immediate Response!" I was on the site for about 15 min with no response. But within under an hour, I'd received a voice mail from them to tell me they would send me the address numbers I needed, free of charge. That was great, problem solved, happy customer.

I needed new adhesive labels for my United States Postal Service multi unit mailbox. I was able to have a live chat with an agent that was able to guide me to the right product and assisted me with making a change to my order after I placed it. I was informed that the shipment should go out within 24 hours. I was very pleased with Service.
