I have purchased from US Jewelry Factory several times and the prices and quality is great. I love my yellow diamond rings and their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this company.

I found the US Jewelry Factory online. After extensive searching, I was particularly attracted to many of their designs because they looked pretty, delicate, and were excellent value compared to other offerings. I was lucky enough to be visiting New York, so I was able to make an appointment to try the rings on. I found two gorgeous rings, which were resized for me. They arrived in Florida a few days later, and I am pleased to report I love them both. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and we even met the designer during our visit. I am already recommending friends and family, as this was such a brilliant experience for me.

I ordered a gold chain from US Jewelry Factory and it turned out even better than I expected. The quality feels solid and it has a nice shine that looks expensive. Shipping was fast and everything came safely packed. Customer service was also quick to reply when I asked about delivery. Overall a really good experience and I’ll definitely be buying again.

I received my ring,it was lovely but too big.
I wrote to the company to ask about a refund.And they replied immediately.They were very responsive with excellent customer service,answered me right away in a very friendly tone.
I would go back to them first with any future jewelery needs.

US Jewelry Factory was wonderful to work with, start to finish. I bought from their etsy site so had some trepidation buying such a large item online. However I read all of the positive reviews and went for it. The rings were absolutely stunning, shipped very quickly and with insurance and when I had an issue after receiving the ring, they dealt with it promptly and professionally. Could not recommend them more highly!!

This was my second purchase from US jewerly Factory. I purchased a ring on deep discount clearance and it was shipped through UPS. UPS sent several emails with date and time of delivery. I had to be home to sign for package. the date and time passed with not delivery and when I tried to check with UPS THE TRACKING INFO had disappeared. I sent an email later that night to US Jewelry that I had not received the package and had not signed that I did. The next morning customer service called and apologized, stating the pick up UPS TRUCK in New York had been robbed and one of the items taken was my ring. They offered to make me another ring at the same price or refund my money. They just asked for 7 to 10 more days to get this done. They found me another stone which was a nicer and larger diamond and sent me details for approval. This ring arrived also by UPS [ Which was later then Ups told me] but the ring is perfect and I am very happy and pleased with the product and service from US Jewelry factory. Customer service is number one with them.

Item is like the photos. Unique pieces at affordable prices. Very happy with the purchase. Additionally, the organization goes above and beyond to please. I purchased a beautiful asscher cut diamond ring. I had my eye on it for a few months. USJewelry has so many beautiful pieces I had a hard time choosing. I read the reviews and decided to buy this beautiful ring. It was a holiday purchase and yet I received it within 3 days, with GIA certification and beautifully packaged. When I opened the box, it was breathtaking, sparkly and clean, and fit perfectly. There are pave stones around the stone, down the band and from the under gallery to the head, just such attention to detail. Clean and clear white stones and it doesn't catch on anything, that is a true testament to quality workmanship.
