DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I wish I would have read the review from the man that sent in the same hair sample twice and got two completely different results. I only sent in one sample and would have believed the results except for they said I was completely intolerant to courgette and had no tolerance issues to zucchini. Hello- they are the exact same vegetable! Seriously! The EXACT SAME VEGETABLE just called by different names. I will say it again - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Also it took almost 6 weeks to get a results and I am only two states away. I would ask for a refund but when I went to read about the refunds it specifically says they do not refund for any reason after you receive your results. SCAM company!

I purchased the food intolerance test out of interest, and although it did reveal ome foods I had already suspected were culprits, I found the results to be quite general. Easy enough to do and prompt delivery, but I would have liked to see more tailored recommendations. Customer service has friendly but took forever to respond to my email. It's an okay product overall—helpful but not groundbreaking. 3-stars for being helpful but too general.

I sent my sample in over a week ago and have yet to receive any results and have both emailed and messaged the company more than once either no response. I honestly wish there was a phone number I could call. I am kinda disappointed with the service as I was really looking forward to my results but I honestly feel like I won’t even get them.

Purchased the test, sent my sample and in no time at all I received my results.
Was very interesting to see my reaction to so many things but now finally it all makes sense! I have been able to steer clear of 2 things since getting my results and what a difference it has made in my life!
Well worth the small amount I paid for sure! Definitely worth every penny and more!! Thank you!!

Don’t waste your money. Never received results from September. First thought I was getting a test kit but had to send sample and still nothing. I want a refund

Never received the test kits.

I sent my test in and got e mail that it was received on 9-19-24. I have sent e mails asking where my results are and have no received any response. Can’t locate a phone number to call. I am looking for contact. 360-218-1414.

The results came super fast and very clear and accurate. They test alot of foods and I was able to fix my diet and eliminate the foods that upset my stomach. P

I am so glad I got this test and I wish I would have done it earlier to be honest! I got the test that was $45 and tested for multiple things other than just food. I have been given an IBS diagnosis but using this I may be able to finally get more tests and more information about my health. It was very convenient as you get your test results to your email in a PDF file. So no having to wait for a letter in the mail! The test was very easy and quick to do.

My daughter’s doctor wanted her to start eliminating certain foods every month to find out what was causing her stomach issues. With the test this has made it so much easier. None of the items she has an issue with was on the doctors list to avoid. Thank you for saving us time.
