Exceptional service

Exceptional service! I contacted them regarding a blocked drain, and they were quick to respond, using a camera to efficiently diagnose and fix the issue. Frazer and his crew exceeded expectations, maintaining both professionalism and cleanliness throughout the process. I highly recommend them!

Outstanding assistance

Outstanding assistance! I reached out with a clogged drain, and they promptly arrived, using a camera to identify and resolve the problem quickly. I can't recommend Frazer and his team enough; they worked impeccably while ensuring my property remained clean and sanitised.

Had a simple plumbing job to replace…

Had a simple plumbing job to replace split hose, they claim that no job is too small but plumber messed me about chasing this company for a quote, and when they did turn up couldn't be bothered to fix the problem.

Thank you for your review. We attended as arranged and assessed the issue, which was more involved than initially described and could not be completed as a simple hose replacement without further work being agreed. No charge was made for the visit.

We would never attend a job without intention to resolve it, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t communicated clearly at the time.

Blocked Drainage Pipe

very good service called with a blocked drain and they come out and used a camera to find the issue and fixed it within a short time, highly recommend Frazer and his team worked to the highest standard and kept my property clean and sanitised

Blocked Drain to Repair, 5 Stars!

Underground Service Engineering came out to a blocked drain at my property. They came out quickly and rectified the issue using their Jetting Unit. Afterwards I paid to have a CCTV Survey done which showed part of my drain had collapsed and needed to be repaired. Luckily rather than having to dig up my garden they put a fibreglass sleeve in place which has fixed the issue and I’ve had no further issues with my drains since. Highly recommend and reasonably priced and arrived promptly after my call
