I Mada a purchase and when I received it I found the item to be of bad quality (t-shirt). I asked for a refund and but never got a response. Customer service is very bad

Terrible customer service..Eventually got my order and they'd sent the wrong size.
Would never use this Company again....Shameful.

Stay away. Was founded by Krissy Mashinsky using fraudulent funds stolen from her husband Alex's scam company Celsius Network. They defrauded hundreds of thousands of investors and have shown no remorse.

Krissy uses stollen user funds to pay for personal body guards. That's the level of fraud she has committed. Jail for the Mashinskys

The cofounder of USA Strong defrauded me of tens of thousands of dollars through their other company, Celsius Network. They used my deposits to buy over a hundred thousand dollars worth of USA Strong crap to give away at conferences. Don’t buy from this terrible company with terrible people.

The founders of the company are career scammers. They've started multiple other failed/scam businesses, the most recent and notable of which was a crypto scam that stole billions from customers.

USA Strong is no different and probably exists just to launder stolen money. The products aren't even made in the US in most cases. If you visit their Twitter page you'll notice they limit and delete comments. This is because if they didn't, they'd be flooded with angry comments exposing dishonest behavior, past and present.

This is a phony shell company for elicit and fraudulant activities by the CEO and her husband Mashinsky. They have committed fraud multiple times. Due to the actions of the CEO and her family, hundreds of thousands of people lost their life savings. The company lost billions of dollars, and it's clear that these individuals should not be trusted with the responsibility of running a company. As far as I know, they have not publicly apologized and seem to show no remorse for their actions. It's evident that their morals are severely lacking.

Bought an over priced Tshirt but now it's been proven that this company was built off the back of scamming over 300k people and their families around the world. Krissy should live in absolute shame and her husband needs to be in prison.

The owners of this company fraudulently stole the equivalent of 1 year of wages from me and my family. Aside from mounting lawsuits, criminal charges, the Karma police will find the Mashinsy’s and do them accordingly.

Purchased a few towels for my renovated bathroom, but the company lost my order. After contacting customer support they told me that there was no order placed, even though I showed them my bank receipt!

My newly renovated bathroom is not complete thanks to these fraudsters. Avoid it at all cost!

Fraudulent leadership that stole many millions from their "other" business. Using smoke and mirror tactics to escape legal actions. Hopefully in the end it will all come out. USASTRONG is a total fraudulent company. Please return my funds.

The company is lying to customers selling high priced goods with belief it is made in US but all is made in China.

I was hesitant to order from USA Strong because of the reviews on this site but I went ahead and ordered, so glad I did. They had great communication from the time I placed my order to the minute it was delivered, and my item was delivered exactly when they said it would be. If your in the United States, don't hesitate to use them.
