Website said all units where in stock and would ship within 14 days from Canada location. However, there was no units in stock and units where drop shipped from manufacture. I PAID an extra $50 per unit ($250/total) from other quoted distributors due to the fact that your website posted inventory and shipping claims as stated. Very misleading and I lost money using this company.

During the pandemic, filters for our air purifiers were hard to find. Barb did her best to get us our filters in a timely manner, but her supplier was not shipping as promised. Barb did her utmost to keep us aprised of progress of the order, which we ultimately did receive!

Barb is amazing! She very much cares about her clients and is brilliant at helping to find the best, least costly, option that suits one's needs. She is aware of conditions such as Multiple Chemical sensitivities and which models/brands have been beneficial in the past for others with the condition. As well as obtaining samples of filter media if needed. US Air Purifiers has a huge selection as well. Both myself and my family have purchased air purifiers from Barb and have had great outcomes. We've purchased three air purifiers, as well as,.multiple rounds of filter media refills. Even through COVID Barb has been doing all she can to make choosing and ordering an air purifier as quick and easy as possible. Somehow they do all this and still manage to keep competitive prices as well. :) Thank you for everything Barb! I'm a customer for life!

First Barb Lulay is awesome! Her responsiveness and kindnesses during this COVID-19 time was appreciated. As for the product it appeared to work as expected and is very high quality. It will be used in a school nurse area to help protect staff.

The unit arrived in great shape, we have been using it now for about 3 weeks and it appears to be working great. Significant improvement in air quality, we will continue to monitor air quality but so far we are please with the unit.

Order process was efficient. Because the air purifier I wanted was backordered, Barb informed me that delivery would not be immediate, and gave me a projected delivery date in several weeks. although one of our two units does not work as well as the other, we are quite happy with the expedient shipping. I find there is not a noticeable way to find whether the unit is actually doing the job called for.
