After I placed my order I received an email to ask if I mind that the canvas was folded, necessary for shipment to Portugal were I live. When I informed them that I do mind and asked them to cancel my order. Within 24 hours I received confirmation that they have cancelled my order and that they will refund the total amount I’ve paid.

Awesome Customer Service
I ordered two paintings but one of them didn’t ship to Canada. My friend is closing her condo in LA but only there for 3 days. Dean tried to direct the shipping to that address for those specific days, but sadly could not guarantee the delivery as he was not in control of that. We had several emails back and forth over several days and he responded immediately to each of my emails. I didn’t get the one painting but Dean deserves full credit for his customer service.

I am on my fourth painting and love it so very much. Making great gifts for the holidays. I had one issue and Dean was so wonderful and took care of it instantly highly recommend this wonderful company and the joy it brings you to create a masterpiece.

Lousy customer service
Lousy customer service. Missing a paint color in a paint by number kit I’ve been trying to contact them for several days they do not respond. I do not know what to do. If I knew the name of the paint color, I will go buy a tube someplace.

I will never order from Figured Arts…
I will never order from Figured Arts again. It took WEEKS to get my order, and when it finally got here, the quality is not good. Cheap looking canvas, and the paints were so dry it was difficult to thin them, and then it took 3 coats to cover the numbers. NEVER AGAIN!

Super stoked with the experience with customer service. I purchased Paint by Numbers during covid that did not get completed. Thru Figured"Art I was able to purchase additional paint kids (as the original had dried up after 3 years) and very recently they provided the picture with numbered paints, as that had been lost for one of the two kits. Could not be happier.

My mistake or theirs????????
I somehow received duplicates of several diamond painting kits. I can't find out if it was my mistake or figured arts. I emailed them quit awhile ago, and didn't get it resolved resolved. I'm very hesitant to ever order from them again. Luckily, I have a friend that also loves diamond painting aandd and was very happy to get my duplicates!

Excellent customer service!!
As a first time customer of Figured'art I was disappointed when my order came and it was not right. I reached out to customer service for help. The response was fast and helpful. Once I explained what was wrong Dean the representative not only corrected the error, but went out of his way to communicate with me with personal notes each step of the way. Mistakes happen, but it's nice to see a company that takes making the customer happy a priority. The product I received was packaged securely in perfect shape. I look forward to completing these kits and being a long time customer.

Customer service is so quick and happy…
Customer service is so quick and happy to respond to any questions or concerns. It took 4 times to get an order right (my fault one of those times), but they had to work overtime to correct the issue and they did. My thanks to the team there, and I will continue to recommend this company to all my painting friends.
