I haven’t received my product

I haven’t received my product. Nobody has told me when it will ship. You don’t have a phone number to contact you. When will I even get my order? I think I just want to cancel and receive a refund.

Delayed Shipping time

I ordered a duvet cover on December 22nd. And it is now December 30th. I am tracking the package on the Shop app and it hasn’t even shipped yet. There was no estimated shipping time when I initially ordered the set. I am really disappointed. Shipping time should be clearly displayed before customers go to purchase.

Order nightmare

On 12/12/24 I received an email stating my order had been shipped to the CORRECT address. My niece still hasn't received it 14 days later. Also, I keep getting emails stating that my order is in Nevada which was the INCORRECT address. I dont know what to think or if this will ever be resolved.

PlLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM Dusk S22306976 - I’m fuming this company need to be reported to trading standards they are fraudulent my daughters been sleeping in the floor for over three weeks had a delivery date that’s been and gone. All I receive is AI generates replies. So many people have had this issues and not had their money refunded. I’m reporting this company today as they need to be stopped.

Provide a tracking number for orders

Provide a tracking number for orders. Have a phone number to call for concerns. FAQ on your site states that you receive a tracking number when shipped; that is not accurate; my email did not have it. I sent a simple email requesting the tracking number or at least which carrier you ship through but only got an auto-generated response about being back-logged and that “my request has been passed along”….I literally just asked for the tracking number on an order I already paid for. This message was sent to me after my package was delivered??? Then I get a request for a review…. Would have meant something if your company just sent me a simple tracking number or, at the very least, gave me a real response…the auto responses are very obvious….I do not want another one.
