It has taken a lot of the stress out of the picture because they are on it and allow you to focus on other things worry free! Poor customer service and misleading listings
Very disappointing experience. The AI chat support is extremely poorly built and completely unhelpful. When you finally get in touch with actual staff, they are not helpful at all and seem uninterested in resolving the issue.
What I find especially unprofessional is that Darry Ring lists rings on their website that are not actually available for purchase. This leads people to want and expect rings that cannot be bought. When this was pointed out to customer support, the only response I got was basically “that’s unfortunate.”
Overall, this feels like a very unserious company with little focus on customers and a strong focus on profit instead. I will be taking my business to a competitor and would recommend others to do the same.

The concept is cool. The shipping seems to take a long time. I got an email that said my order has shipped, my order has been in pre shipment for over 9 days. USPS has not yet received the package from them even though they are done with the ring and the shipping label was created on the 28th of December. It is now the 6th of January. I have yet to receive my package.

My husband ordered me a new ring for my birthday on October 29, 2025. I received the order on November 21st and it was the wrong ring. I contacted them immediately to let them know and they stated that they would fix it. I sent the wrong ring back on November 27th. They received it on November 29th with promises to expedite the new ring to me. It is now December 17th and they are telling me that the ring won’t ship to them here in the states until next week; the week of Christmas; then they will have to ship to me. That almost guarantees that I won’t receive it until the week after. This means that it will take longer than to first one and that their promises of expediency were lies. If you plan on proposing to someone I definitely wouldn’t bank on getting the right one or any one on time. This company branded itself on establishing and maintaining true love but the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I will say that the packaging is very nice but it means nothing if the thousand dollar product inside isn’t right. Now, I just wish I had of gotten my husband’s money back and went somewhere else.

I went to their store in Paris a while ago, and I briefly spoke to an Asian, short clerk. I tried to ask where the diamonds come from in English, and she kinda ignored me, my friend tried in French and she didn’t understand that either… I saw other Chinese around the store and it looks dodgy af, is it like those fake clothing store to launder money? lol I ain’t buying anything from this brand, beware people

For promise rings to cost $500 they should come in solid gold and not gold plated. You can find solid gold rings for the same cost elsewhere some even with diamonds instead of CZ.

I ordered a ring on 9/29/25 and I have yet to even receive a tracking number. The company claims to be 16 business days to ship but they clearly fail to hold that standard. I worked tirelessly to be able to purchase this gift for my girlfriends and I one year anniversary. So now because of this company negligence, I have a girlfriend who thinks I bought her nothing for our special day that was a month ago

Lo primero que cuando haces el pedido y pagas te comunican que tienen 40 días hábiles para hacerlo más el tiempo de entrega.
Luego llena el anillo, muy corriente a los días empieza a perder el color y el brillo.
NO ES ORO. Increíble que el precio tan caro que tiene y no sea ni oro.
No lo recomiendo, vayan a svaroski o Pandora.
