I purchased a dice set, it looks amazing.
I decided to customize a dice box, they helped making it EXACTLY as I wanted, by choosing design, position of the elements and material.
I'm very satisfied with the result!

So, I've bought about ten sets of dice from URWizards, some for myself and some as gifts, including one large custom order, and the dice are simply fantastic in detail and in composition. Their customer service is incredible. I never write reviews except to excoriate; these folks deserve praise for being a great company.

URWizards and specifically Rebecca was wonderful to work with. I had an idea in mind and she helped make it a reality. URWizards took a custom image and burnt into the Dice Box, and it turned out fantastic - this will make a great Christmas present.

URWizards is absolutely amazing! I ordered a set of dice but a different set was shipped. I sent them a message and they were able to get the right set of dice to me within a few days. It was just a great experience ordering from this shop and I highly recommend them to anyone who is into D&D and wants a really cool set of dice!

The dice turned out AMAZING. I thought I had some issues with shipping, so I reached out to the team, and the customer service was quick and reliable! The dice turned out great, and I can’t wait to give them to my friend for Christmas.

The seller responds quickly and is very helpful. I had sime questions about the product and there was a problem with the delivery, but that was resolved very quick. The dice look great and the box is amazing with strong magnets to keep the lid tightly in place. Would order here again!

Wonderful experience! URWizards replaced a broken D4 for me after it had shattered. It was a Christmas present to me last year so I was so happy to have my full set back. They also communicated well and provided great customer support on a set of amethyst that came with weird coloration. I received a much better set and lots of prompt responses. Their gemstone sets are gorgeous, and would highly recommend!

These dice are beautiful! And such great quality - the D20 especially! Nice weight to it for resin dice. Really pops against dark backgrounds and truly glistens in the light. Seller was very accommodating with an order I had stolen from my mailbox (thank you again!!)

I recently purchased a two sets of dice with them and am happy with my purchase. They were prompt in sending out my shipment and URWizards was responsive and friendly when I approached them as my package appeared to be lost in shipping limbo. After their realizing the package appeared to be lost by the shipper (no updates after two months on the tracking website, they shipped out a second package of the dice I bought FOC.

I bought a dice box and a set of resin dice. The order arrived very quickly and safely packaged. However, I was not completely satisfied with the quality of a few of the dice and contacted the seller. I got a quick reply and everything sorted out, replacement dice sent just as quickly :).

First of all — amazing craftsmanship and quality! I’m so impressed with my order and super satisfied with everything I got. This shop is so unique, which makes all of their items are great for gift giving! You definitely can’t find this kind of quality and originality anywhere else. If you’re considering buying something from this shop — do it! This is your sign lol

Set up a custom order with unique images and font.
I clearly explained what I wanted for each dice and when I got the design back they didn't even use the font I sent them.
That wasn't the only problem.
Apparently they only can fix 1 mistake per email because it took 10 emails to get the design to what I originally requested.
I let that slide and then waited for my product.
I got a tracking number and the emailed displayed what was in the order.
Not my order. Not even close. I ordered 10 dice and they show me being sent 4.
Different dice completely.
Customer service has stopped responding entirely.
I want my 140.00 dollars back.

I had ordered from them around the start of the pandemic and still got my order within a reasonable time frame, additionally, I had a misprint on my D4 and they were more than happy to send me a replacement! Absolutely fantastic service, I'll be ordering from them again!

Really great items and customer service, would highly recommend! Was gifted some labradorite dice from this seller and they are beautiful! I had a slight chipping issue on 2 of them (no doubt due to transit) but the seller was super kind and sorted this for me! Also ordered a dice box to keep my new dice safe and it is awesome quality. Cannot recommend enough!

URWizards makes and delivers some lovely products. I bought a set of dichroic dice and a box to keep them in, they had them shipped quickly, were quick to contact me about shipping issues and quick to resolve them too. The product itself is absolutely stunning and I am very pleased. Would definitely buy from them again!

This was my second order from this shop. The first time I had no issues at all. This time I made multiple mistakes in my order, messaged the seller, and was contacted within about a day. The seller was very sweet and offered a quick and easy solution, making adjustments to my order to accommodate me. The dice arrived earlier than expected and everything was just as I wanted it.
The packaging was very secure, keeping the dice from bouncing around under multiple layers. Each set came with a bag made of a soft thicker fabric and a plastic case keeping the dice seperated from each other so they could not get damaged. To keep them from bouncing off the walls of the plastic case and possibly chip off they were put into small plastic baggies that acted as a buffer. The package also included two dice trays to make sure the dice remained undamaged even when in use.
Out of the 29 dice I ordered (4 full sets and one individual die) only about a handful of them had slight imperfections, most of them hardly noticable. Considering the material, this could hardly be avoided. I am still incredibly happy with the product and especially the service!

It was easy to communicate with the seller. The product is beautiful and I can't wait to use it. I highly recommend this store to everyone. Thank you for this pleasant experience!
