Excellent customer service
I ordered two urns, one was correct the other was the wrong urn. I emailed for help and very promptly was answered. The correct urn was sent and arrived quickly. I was emailed prepaid slip to attach to the wrong urn and simply returned it at the post office. No quibble. One happy customer.

Serenity water burial pillow (footprints)
We ordered a serenity water burial pillow footprints. It came quickly and was packaged well. It looked beautiful.
On 5th August we dropped our mum’s ashes into sea from a pier. The tied was going out. After seeing other people’s water burials I was expecting it to not float for long before sinking. Mum’s ashes floated away for 9-10 minutes before she sank. It was really nice to see. Thank you very much was really lovely day.
